- Jarka (8/5): Odporúčam - V hoteli som bola v januári a veľmi ma potešilo, že má nového majiteľa. Do tohto hotela sa rada vraciam, pretože vždy viem, čo môžem očakávať. Personál bol úžasný – ústretový, milý a veľmi nápomocný. Izba bola nádherná, čistá a mali sme krásny výhľad na katalánske námestie, čo dodalo pobytu výnimočnú atmosféru. Celkovo sme boli veľmi spokojní. Jediné mínus bolo, že počas januárového pobytu bola izba pomerne studená. Očakávala by som, že v tomto období sa bude viac kúriť, no pravdepodobne to v Španielsku nie je bežné. Trochu nám bola zima.

- Karina (10/5): - מיקום מעולה , מושלם !! קרוב לכל השדרה של הקניות ממש על כיכר קטלוניה השירות של הצוות במלון היה מעולה גנבו לנו 300$ מהתיק בחדר במלון ואני חייבת להגיד שהם לקחו את זה ממש ברצינות , פתחו מצלמות ואפילו אמרו להגיש תלונה, אמרתי להם שלא בא לי לבזבז את הזמן במשטרה כי באנו לטיול קצר, ובכל זאת הם עשו את המקסימום כשבסוף הטיול החזירו לנו 260€ שזה באמת לא מובן מאליו , באמת ממליצה מהלב

Which they have a lot. We were kicked of the sunbeds at 6:30 so they could get everything ready. It's seems they are more interested in events in the sky bar area than residents and the staff are unhelpful

's morgens vroeg zwemmen zou echt zalig zijn en om 18:30u eruit gestuurd worden belachelijk! Personeel, vooral de jongeren, zijn super chagerijnig, echt storend, de anderen lopen er ook niet voor hun plezier, zo lijkt het.

- Gökce (7/5): 7/10 - The taxi service was very premium, the timing was good, there was very little waiting, check-out was practical, we left our belongings with early check-in, the location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The windows were very old and therefore very noisy and let in a lot of cold air. The air conditioner heated very slowly and automatically set the temperature to 18 degrees. The breakfast selection and hot dishes (eggs, potatoes) were quite mediocre; the price-performance ratio was very low. There were 2-3 burn marks on the table in the room; it seemed to have a premium design but hadn't been well-maintained.

- Ginés (10/5): El hotel al que hay que ir en BCN - La ubicación es inmejorable para disfrutar de lo mejor de Barcelona, todo a un paso, con acceso a metro, buses, taxis y cercanías a un paso. La habitación comodísima, práctica y confortable. La replicaría toda en casa.
- Federica (9/5): Bello manca servizio ristorazione interna pe cena - Centralità Che dovrebbero avvisare che ci sono eventi come l’accensione delle luci di Natale sarebbe stato bello vederle dalle sky bar e non essere a 400mt in messo a tanta gente! Bastava un cartello nella sala colazione o in camere che avvisa di questo favoloso evento perché c’è li siamo persi!!!!

- Brunet (9/5): - Situation exceptionnelle de cet hôtel. Cadre magnifique. A quelques pas du métro. Permet de visiter très aisément les différents quartiers de la ville. Personnel à l'écoute, fort aimable. Super. Tout était parfait.

- Ilhana (8/5): Top Hotel an bester Lage zu einem super Preis - Sehr schöne moderne und vorallem saubere Zimmer. Das Personal wae sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top Lage direkt am Plaza de Catalunya. Man musste oft lange auf den Lift warten. Aussicht auf einen Innenhof (hatten aber ein Classic Zimmer ohne bestimmte Aussicht gebucht).

- marwan (10/5): Amazing stay & friendly staff - We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We needed to store some packages before our arrival, and they handled everything smoothly, which made our trip much easier. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. A pleasant surprise, the room was equipped with a shatafa, which is a big plus for Arab travelers and shows great attention to guest comfort. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing

- Marianna (10/5): Не плохо - Хороший завтрак свежевыжатый сок морковный и апельсиновый . Центр . Красивый вид на площадь . Если для лета бассейн маленький , цена высокая для размера номера . Брали номер с террасой чисто ради вида если то да, а так не скажу что если брат в. Сезон что стоит своих денег.
- Hanae (10/5): Séjour agréable - Emplacement au cœur de la rambla, à proximité de toutes les enseignes, des arrêts de bus, de l'aerobus, et de la station de métro. Vue époustouflante depuis le rooftop. Personnel à l écoute, serviable, et aux petits soins. Approvisionnent quotidien des capsules nespresso( un véritable plus). Chambre 505: La climatisation était moins bonne, la chambre pas assez chaude. Lors des prises de douche, une gêne est occasionnée par des fuites d'eau à l extérieur de la salle de bain. Claquement bruyant et gênant des portes du placard. A mon sens, il aurait été préférable de mettre un bouilloire dans la chambre.
