- Bill (7/5): Very appealing and comfortable accommodation in exceptional location. I'll be back - very comfortable large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge comfortable bed and pillows, washer and dryer, iron and good kitchen tools etc. The location is exceptional and the conversion from bond store to apartments has been clever and stylish generally great except for a few things and little to knock. The cleaners have let down the owners due to dirty grouting in shower, no shampoo, lack of tea bag variety, no tissues. No smart TV. One really annoying thing was a super heavy tenant on the second floor who thumped about every evening until around 1.30am that room upstairs needs cushioning rugs.

- gaby (4/5): a place with ecxelent potential but be caeful not to to jave to use the emergency call number - the location, the size of the apartment the lights are dim and insufficient. could not read, neithere in bed nor in the living space.
The enterance doors are neglected. the handle of the inner door does not yeild. I thought I cannot enterand I asked a passer by to call the emergency number. If you have an urgent situation, dont hesitate to call 0458 982 497, and well assist you right away.
the lady answered, promused to send somebosy/ I waited for 1.5 hours cold and tired, nobody came. Finally some guests came and I went in with them.
I asked to check out and be refunded, except for condolences for my musfortune I received nothing
- Pier (10/5): - Vrijwel nieuw en erg ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. In het midden van de stad in een historisch bouwwerk. Wel daglicht maar geen uitzicht.
- wayne (7/5): Extremely happy with the location and whilst a few negatives considered the accommodation good value - Space and location and few pantry items Lighting, cleanliness, noise factor i.e. foot traffic from above apartment & music from nearby venues, lack of instructions re use of hot plate, no adequate bread knife,
Television set needs upgrading.
- piers (10/5): Great in every way. - This was a spacious, clean, well equipped unit. The staff was responsive to questions. The location was perfect, close to shopping, tours and restaurants. No complaints

- ANNA (2/5): No opening windows...disappointing - Proximity to CBD...and wharf Fresh paint smell in foyer with no ventilation....windows in apartment could not be opened at all...raised this concern with host, he sent soneone to "inspect" knowing full well that they were sealed...How does this comply with health regulations??? Or me being asthmatic...asked to be moved to another room but got no reply or follow up from host. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

No one to get a tax invoice from.
No reception to ask to mind luggage for a few hours after checkout.

- Lulham (7/5): Great location,terrible information but stay, apartment etc - Location brilliant for the Docks in Hobart and markets and other things but Communication with host below par.
Issue with the lockbox on arrival. Had to get a bloke from the pub to try and help me to open it and he couldn’t for 30 minutes. Finally forced it open with the woman on the phone telling us to push harder which wasn’t great. Fortunately I had stayed there before so I had Wifi but there was no information at all in the unit on how to operate anything all including the Wi-Fi codes. I checked all my emails and there was no information there either. Or about rubbish etc . Interestingly nothing came through the Booking.com app which is where I normally get emails just through my private email. Had some issues on December 31 and rang the number given and there was no answer to this day. No one has ever returned my call which was disappointing.
Apartment very solace with no windows etc but was appropriate for my needs and I was happy enough. However, I was not happy with the lack of communication with the company and their information. Had made a basic request pre-arrival which was never handled in any manner or form except by a form response . Very disappointed given the price. The hosts are booking company. The information was scant and inappropriate and not satisfactory at all. The fact that they have still not replied to multiple phone calls on December 31 is a concern the fact that their lockbox did not work and we told them about it on December 27 and it was still not repaired is also a concern.
