• Jerryl (6/5): - Good clear instructions of how to gain access to apartment. The location was great, easy to get around city from the address. The microwave did not work on arrival, it took two days to fix. The bed was too hard for my preference. The shower had a poor flow.

• Carole (8/5): Très bien. - L’emplacement est idéal , près de toute commodités. Facile d’accès à l’établissement et une réactivité rapide du personnel pour les questions. Petit bémol sur le ménage.
• Arthur (9/5): - The location was amazing - close to everything. The apartment had quality appliances. The kitchen had everything required to p prepare meals. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. ⁷. . It would have been nice to have a view.

• Lee (4/5): The lack of direct natural light was oppressive so we had to - Location to waterfront area. No windows in room 104. Made it oppressive. No ventilation other than air con. Remote management was not in a position to help.
• Jodie (6/5): - Good location, clean and comfortable Communication from staff. Our whole stay we were not given swipe cards for access, we contacted the management and were told they would get back to us, they never did. We had to use the shared emergency card which gave access to all apartments not jut ours, not very secure or safe for us.

• Vanaja (8/5): - The location was excellent, short stroll to the waterfront. Kitchen had all the appliances, coffee, tea, some milk in the fridge. The bathroom had hair dryer, a heated towel rack, washing machine and dryer. The dispensers of soap, shampoo and conditioner need to be clearly marked as I am not sure if I used the shampoo on my body and the soap on my hair. Checking in time was too late in the afternoon at 3 PM. We struggled a bit to enter into the building because of the keypad not letting us in after trying the code a few times. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which meant the mirrors fogged up after a shower. There was some kind of construction noise at odd hours. There were no windows in the apartment. A set of table mats in the dining table and some coasters for the coffee table would be nice.

• Robert (7/5): Couldbeen better experience little can make a big difference - No catering Discription for entry poor, info sent while flying no coms on plane access code page 4 for front door code for key box not much better This info should be on page one Our unit 104 had 2 cards only one worked caused some distress to wife when she was not able to get in Emergency number on info had 3rd and 4th digits incorrect Emergency cards not in box Promise of replacement card did not happen until talk with cleaners day before departure We then got emergency card to use Did show cleaners minor defects in unit Range hood found broken Dispenser drawer on washing machine broken One ceiling led light flashing another not working

• Shamsullah (7/5): The location and the unit was very good but I would like more better lighting and some mirrors - The car park was a big challenge for us not convince

• Louie (9/5): Love this apartment complex and its location. - Extremely well appointed and comfortable in an excellent location. When someone was in the adjacent apartment and they flushed the toilet it can be heard in our bedroom.
