Gavan (4/5): Disappointing - A short walk to most tourist spots. The hotel was dirty and the room was not cleaned.

Raj (1/5): DISAPPOINTED AND SICKENING - Nothing great about it. There are a lot of issues. First and foremost, the day and afternoon shift receptionists who don't even understand simple English. They were foreigners. The worst was the day shift girl. Her attitude displayed as if she was full of hesitation. She is not friendly and wonder if she knows how to smile. The hotel should consider employing staff whose English proficiency is good and not a bunch of failures who are just sitting down there in their own world. I will give ZERO out of TEN to this hotel. I will never ever introduce anyone to this hotel.
