• Michał (5/5): - Hotel na obrzeżach Pragi - niedaleko hal targowych. Śniadanie bardzo słabe - godzi. 7:30 a w sobote od 8. Jak ktoś musi być na 8 w pracy to raczej śniadanie nie zje...bardziej to przypomina pensjonat niż hotel. Cena nieadekwatna do jakosci.
• Josef Ackermann (9/5): Insgesamt war es dennoch eine gute Entscheidung - Das Zimmer war schön, Spa haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück war lecker Die Spindeltreppe hoch in den ersten Stock war ein kleines Manko aber wir hatten ja die günstigere Version gebucht
• Alex (6/5): Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise okay, aber für einen Prag-Besuch nicht ideal und beim Service gibt es Verbesserungspot - Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich weit von Prag entfernt – um das touristische Zentrum zu erreichen, muss man erst mit dem Bus und dann mit der U-Bahn fahren. Die Einrichtung wirkt alt, die letzte Renovierung scheint mindestens 15 Jahre zurückzuliegen. Die Betten waren sehr schmal und das Zimmer insgesamt klein. Am Abend fand im Restaurant eine Feier statt, laute Musik störte die Ruhe. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass das Hotel eher ein Nebengeschäft des Restaurants ist. Außerdem ist beim Frühstück versehentlich eine einfache Teetasse zerbrochen – beim Auschecken mussten wir dafür 100 Kronen bezahlen, was unangemessen erschien.

• Guest (9/5): - Vi hade en trevlig vistelse här. Hotellet är inte helt nytt och modernt och städningen kunde vara lite bättre, men personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Stort plus för den fria privata parkeringen. Frukosten var okej, men kunde förbättras något. Läget passade oss som reste med bil. Hotellet har ett spa som vi tyvärr inte hann använda, men det såg väldigt fint ut. Fanns även litet lekplats för barnen.

• Sebastià (4/5): It doesn’t worth the money, but the staff was really nice. - It was clean Too expensive for what they give. almost all the rooms are on the second floor, whiteout lifter. There is no wardrobe in the room. No fruits in the breakfast.

• Riccardo (4/5): Disappointing - Clean room, nice staff. The crew staff was so polite to prepare for me the breakfast because leaving very early. The property had to inform me a wedding was set up for that night. Result: -Restaurant not in charge but moreover loud music till late, so i couldn’t to rest properly.

• Izabela (9/5): The hotel was a small stop on our trip. It fully met our expectations, apart from the lack of wi-fi coverage, everything - The rooms were probably renovated recently. Very clean. Towels and cosmetics very nice. We were given two rooms in the attic, which were very hot. Rooms small but practical. They had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. Staff friendly and very nice. Very nice building. Even though the hotel provides free Wi-Fi on the website, there was no coverage in our rooms or even in the corridor. The stairs to our rooms are not practical metal spiral staircases. It's hard to climb them with luggage.
• Ciocanel (1/5): Do not recommend - We got to check in late and the outside looks quite nice. If you advertise hotel and spa, you can't make the spa an extra paid thing. Then you can only advertise the hotel because the spa is a completely separate service. If you don't include the spa in the price don't advertise with the spa. Booking.com also didn't make that very clear and there was no information to be found anywhere in english. We wanted to ask about the spa in the morning at breakfast which is only 2 hours and bare minimum. The waitresses, of which none could speak English or German, tried to help us but gave us completely wrong information. They said the front desk was open until 11pm. They closed early that day at 9pm. The waitress told us the spa was free and would be private for us. Turns out it's only on reservation and if the reservation closes early no chance. We had arranged to arrive late the first day which was nice. But no one was at reception until 11 the next morning when we had to leave at 9. Then we recieved rude phone calls to come back early to the hotel to pay so the manager could leave early. When we arranged to pay early next day no one was at reception at 11am just two waitresses who didn't speak one word German or English. Besides this lack of service the rooms were bare minimum, small, no fridges, cupboards or anything else. Paper thin walls means you hear everything around you and the wifi didn't work on my phone. Overall very disappointing service and facilities. Do not recommend.
