These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Maggie (9/5): A wonderful apartment in a great spot - Our 2 bed apartment was exactly as advertised. Spacious, comfortable with stunning views over Currumbin beach. Everything worked well, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. Sunrise over the water was spectacular. We chose an apartment with air con, not many at the Rocks. Pool and gym great. Lots of reading material. A very secure building and car park. Lift was efficient, but the hotel was not full, so it came quickly. Hope to return next year. I would have liked a BBQ on the balcony rather than in a dingy area 8 floors down. Not the owners fault. It's the design of the building. Traffic is horrendous along the Gold Coast, especially highway 2, and roadworks on the M1 means you travel at a crawl, or just stay local! TV in main bedroom would have been good.

Robyn (9/5): A very well appointed unit with an amazing view. - The location was perfect especially with regard to being walking distance from the Elephant Rock Anzac Ceremony. There were very few dining opportunities close by.
