• Jenny (6/5): Good location but. - Great location. Large room. Very good bathroom bath snd shower. good wifi. Breakfast was a bit mean. Bed too hard. Free luggage storage only until 5pm.
• Jean-Marc (9/5): Séjour relaxant et agréable. - Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand lit. La baignoire spa et le siège massant sont parfaits pour une vraie détente. Le petit déjeuner japonais est très bien et copieux (Les boissons chaudes sont cependant servies en faible quantité). L'hôtel est particulièrement bien placé dans un quartier avec de nombreux commerces notamment restaurants et à proximité des transports (liaison directe en train ou bus avec l'aéroport).

Meal prices are fantastic. Meals were well above what we expected. Easy walking distance Namba station and Subway.

• Eleonora (10/5): - A due passi dalla Namba Station, in un quartiere pieno di attrazioni. Zona fantastica e centrale. Questo è un love hotel e non ero mai stata in questo genere di alberghi: ha superato le mie aspettative. Personale molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie prima del check-in. Camera decisamente ampia rispetto agli standard giapponesi, con vasca idromassaggio grande per due persone, luci colorate regolabili, TV in bagno e sauna. Letto matrimoniale spazioso e comodo, grande TV con film on demand gratuiti, possibilità di regolare musica e luci in camera. Frigobar con acqua e snack gratuiti, più un distributore di sextoys a pagamento. Presente anche poltrona massaggiante, karaoke (non abbiamo capito bene come farlo funzionare, abbiamo usato i microfoni e poi per le basi ci siamo arrangiati con i telefoni ed è stato divertente) e un vibratore, simpatico ma che non abbiamo utilizzato per motivi di igiene. Colazione in camera all’orario richiesto: io ho scelto il menù giapponese (riso, pesce e verdure), mio marito i pancake. Non vasta ma buona. Il set di cortesia è il migliore che abbia mai visto, meglio di un 5 stelle: in bagno c’erano piastra lisciante, arricciacapelli, phon con spazzole oltre al normale phon. Pulizia giornaliera ottima, insonorizzazione super. Abbiamo speso 185€ per due notti in due persone, colazione inclusa. Wi-Fi ottimo, via silenziosa ma a pochi passi iniziano tutte le attrazioni. Staff cortese, anche se non parlano molto inglese, con il traduttore ci siamo capiti benissimo. Mi è piaciuto tutto, sia il quartiere che i servizi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. A me è piaciuto tutto, ma c'è anche chi usa questo hotel come albergo ad ore, se siete persone che si scandalizzano per questo vi consiglio di evitare.

Nothing. Pillows a bit hard but staff were able to provide more.

Having access to our very own massage chair each time we came back for a break was pure luxury. The staff were accomdating to our questions and kind. Loved the tub too! It was a bit odd however how everything In our room was wrapped in plastic.. we didn't love that.
• Yos (1/5): THIS PLACE Won't even look after your luggage for less than an hour, Absolutely Horrible Service - Location was Excellent, Facilities were Great, Room Clean Service was Fantastic As soon as I checked out, they refused to allow us to leave our luggage with them for less than an hour, the receptionist asked me if I had a booking with the hotel while I was still handing her back the keys to check-out. I thought she was joking, I had just checked-out so of course I didn't have a booking, was she crazy? So then she says they cannot look after any luggage unless the guests are booked and staying with them. I had just finished staying with them for 4 nights and 5 days. Not even a Shred of Gratitude for staying at their hotel. I'm not asking for a discount or a free stay, I'm just asking for them to look after our luggage for less than an hour, but NO!!! They claimed "We don't have enough space" whereas I can see there's a roped area that's 7~10m x 3m with tables and bench chairs, then she says they cannot guarantee the security of the luggage of which the whole area has CCTV surveillance cameras, and her final reason was "We don't have space like other more established hotels"..... Well then, may I suggest they drop the "Hotel" part in "Hotel Hyper" and call yourselves just "Hyper" because you are definitely not living up to your name! I've stayed in many hotels, but was yet to have my luggage refused to be looked after staying with them. But not here, it seems as soon as you check-out, they treat you like You're an Absolute Stranger! No booking? Then why are you here? Terrible, Terrible Service with Not a Single Shred of Thanks for Staying at their establishment. Can't look after a customer's luggage for even an hour who stayed for 5 days with them? That's a New Low for anywhere I've been throughout my entire life. The way they treated me after checking out just destroyed whatever respect I had for their establishment.

Very spacious rooms with plenty of amenities - massage chair, jacuzzi, full set of cosmetics, karaoke machine (which unfortunately we could not get running) Very friendly and helfpful staff. Huge and comfortable bed. Good localization - very close to Osaka Namba Station. Great price-to-quality ratio. A little bit of moldy patches on the bathroom walls and doors. Couldn't work out how the karaoke machine works.
