• Ghayyur (1/5): Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and too many insects in the room. - Unfortunately, my experience at the property was very bad. There were too many insects everywhere in the room, including on the bed, in the kitchen, and in the bathroom. The cleanliness was also not good. Because of the insects, I could not sleep properly during my stay. I booked this hotel for two days through Booking.com, but the condition of the property was very disappointing I did not like the cleanliness of the property. There were insects everywhere, including on the bed, in the kitchen, and in the bathroom. The room was not properly cleaned, and because of this I could not sleep well during my stay. Overall, the experience was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

• Thomas (1/5): Unterkunft stark verschmutzt und nicht bewohnbar – keine Übernachtung möglich. - Die Unterkunft war in einem stark verschmutzten und hygienisch nicht akzeptablen Zustand (u. a. Haare auf der Matratze, verschmutzte Sanitärbereiche, Spinnweben). Wir konnten dort nicht übernachten und haben die Unterkunft sofort wieder verlassen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

• JosefK75 (1/5): Die Lage ist das Problem - Update 30.0326 - Schönes großes Bad und gute Kaffeemaschine Update 30.03.26: Ein letzter Versuch über den Support von Booking.com ist nun auch gescheitert. Der Support hat am 25.03.26 mit dem Inhaber telefoniert und es wurde eine Rechnung für den nächsten Tag zugesagt. Diese habe ich bis heute wieder nicht erhalten. Schade, dass solche Unterkünfte überhaupt noch auf Booking vermieten dürfen! Update 25.03.26: Hier muss ich noch ein Update schreiben, da der Vermieter sich unmöglich verhält. Ich habe den Vermieter mehrfach angeschrieben und um eine Rechnung gebeten. Der Support von Booking hat ihn angeschrieben. Absolut keine Reaktion. Ich kann die Kosten nun nicht mit meinem Arbeitgeber abrechnen und muss allen Ernstes wegen so etwas meinen Anwalt bemühen. Unfassbar! Wer also Wert auf so etas Außergewöhnliche wie eine Rechnung legt, der sollte hier nicht buchen! Das Appartement ist dunkel und liegt im Keller. Die Straße, in der sich das Apartment befindet, ist ein Ort, den ich nicht zwingend erneut aufsuchen möchte. Laute Musik von mobilen Boxen auf der Straße mir entsprechender Kommunikationslautstärke, es riecht überall nach Drogen und man wird unangemessen angesprochen. Keine freien Parkplätze um die Unterkunft herum.

• Jenny (10/5): Super gerne wieder ✌🏻 - Sehr cooles Loft, ideal um dem Alltag zu entkommen, gut gelegen, Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe
