- Reyaine (9/5): - The house is really clean and the beds were comfortable. Centralized aircon in the entire house Just the nartow road goung at the back to.park
- Nook (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, not too far from the wedding venue. But don't expect the exterior as renovated as the inside It had everything we needed. Unfortunately it smelled humidity and cigarette. You might want to get earplugs for the night as well.
- Jennifer (10/5): Our stay was cozy and enjoyable! - It was quiet and clean and had everything we needed. The beds where comfortable and every room was well decorated (very nice paintings on the walls) The host was responsive and helpful. There was nothing to dislike, only thing I can suggest is maybe a hand rail for getting in and out of the shower, the tub is quite high and not easy to get and out of for someone with a leg disability or elderly.
- Kimberley (8/5): Good value, positives outweigh negatives - We had a nice stay and would stay again. Instructions for accessing the property were clear and the owner provided all the info we needed prior to our arrival. The pictures are a good representation of what you get.
The unit was basic but clean and comfortable. The kitchen came with spices, dishes, cookware and all the basics and everything was in working order. There was a good amount of linens available. The tv allowed us to stream directly from our personal devices. The negatives were minor:
The neighbourhood isn’t great. It’s a lower-income area. Neighboring properties, especially the attached home, were full of litter that blows around. But it seemed safe enough. The street was packed with cars most of the time, and very narrow to navigate around oncoming traffic. There’s nowhere to sit outside to smoke - a lawn chair outside the back door would have been nice, and a spare blanket for the couch. There’s a bit of a musty smell but we got used to it quickly.
- Essence (8/5): Hosts were lovely and the place and beds were clean - Very cute place, room for my family comfortably
- Corrie (9/5): Great stay!! - It is a very clean and comfortable house. Everything you need is there.
- Katherine (9/5): Very nice stay! Thank you! - Nice neighbourhood and close to grocery store and reasonably easy drive to downtown Winnipeg. Owner was nice and responded immediately to all our messages.
- Warren (6/5): The place really wasn't set up for 7 people. It should advertise 4 people maximum. - The place was clean and the hosts were very responsive to the key issues we had. They came by at around 11pm to bring all the supplies that were missing and we really appreciated that. There was a mixup with the check-in date and the booking.com agent was not helpful in resolving this at all. We didn't like the fact that when we arrived the outside of the house was a complete disaster, but the owners fixed that relatively quickly. We also didn't like the fact there weren't enough towels, dishes, etc. but the owner fixed that relatively quickly as well.
- Jordan (9/5): Superb - Communication with the owner is open. none
- Acorn (10/5): Exceptional - House was just as pictures showed. Very nice, would highly recommend. The beds were a little to firm for our liking.
- Andriy (10/5): Exceptional - Nice house for a family.
Clear instructions. No problems at all.
Cozy neighborhood. Grocery store nearby.
Thanks for hosting our family.
- Nora (1/5): Stay at your own risk. - Unfortunately, the property fell short of expectations in several areas. The house lacked cleanliness as dust was prevalent throughout, one comforter was dirty so it wasn’t used. The tub drainage was problematic, and some of the cleaning supplies provided were empty bottles. The absence of a screen on one window posed a safety concern and allowed mosquitoes to enter the space, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay. Moreover, we had concerns regarding the presence of drilled holes in the ceiling of every room, which raised questions about privacy and security. Our electricity was cut off for several hours on the morning of the wedding the house was booked for in the first place. We had to book a different location in order to be able to get ready for the event and the host refused to compensate us for the inconvenience. We were excited to stay here, as several guests travelled from outside of the country but there was very little to be desired.
- Abby (8/5): Very good - The house was very clean. It is only 1.5 bathrooms. This made it a little awkward for our family and my parents.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Duncan (10/5): Enjoyed it and worked for our needs perfectly - Much better than a hotel and price point was perfect
- Brendan (8/5): I recommend - Beds and rooms were great, kitchen had all u needed. A.C worked great quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend I'm I but picky about laundry soap, so I can't say to much about it.
- Hamid (8/5): Very good -
