• Omena (10/5): - Exatamente como é mostrado nas fotos. Apartamento moderno, aconchegante, bem equipado, vista maravilhosa, espaço amplo, acomodou tranquilamente uma família de quatro pessoas. O prédio, além do flat, é um hotel com estacionamento, porteiro, recepção, ótima estrutura. Localização maravilhosa, bem por traz do masp, fica a uns 5 minutos a pé da paulista, bairro bem agradável.
• Janaine (8/5): O apartamento é ótimo, mas tivemos perrengue com a chave senha da porta…. - O apartamento é muito bom! Tudo novo e bem cuidado! A roupa de cama é ótima! Tivemos um problema sério com a senha da chave da porta….ficamos trancados mais de uma hora do lado de fora, por final eu sentei no chão e comecei a chorar ….já estávamos desesperados porque todas as nossas coisas estavam dentro do apartamento. O prédio não tem portaria, nem porteiro nem ninguém ….As senhas que recebíamos não funcionava…. Tudo aconteceu porque a facial do meu esposo não funcionou , então ela mandou outro link…. Quando fizemos o novo cadastro, todas as senhas que chegava não funcionava…. depois de uma hora chegou um funcionário e nos ajudou a entrar pro apartamento…. naquele dia, eu fiquei bastante chateada com o ocorrido…. O apartamento em si é muito bom…. Nesse quesito não temos nada a reclamar…..

• Flavius George (4/5): Do with this as you wish - Location is good, and the view is nice i guess. Unfortunately, my experience at this accommodation was not good. One of the listed facilities is a washing machine, so I used it for a normal wash cycle. When I returned to the apartment, there was water all over the floor and the room was partially flooded. I immediately contacted the front desk. They sent a person who briefly checked and said he would return, but instead someone later only brought us cleaning tools and told us there were no housekeepers available. In the end, we had to clean the water from the floor ourselves, which I do not think should be the responsibility of guests. I was aldo contacted by the host on WhatsApp and sent a video showing the situation. When I explained that the floor was wet and that my clothes were stuck inside a washing machine that was no longer working, the host read the message but did not reply. Because of this, I was left with wet clothes, a non-working washing machine, and a flooded floor that we had to deal with ourselves without any real assistance. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell during the stay, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, the lack of support when a serious issue occurred was very disappointing.

Cada detalhe demonstra cuidado e qualidade – desde a estrutura até a decoração, tudo foi pensado com extremo bom gosto e conforto. Ambiente acolhedor, localização excelente e um padrão de excelência difícil de encontrar. Uma experiência realmente especial. Voltaremos com certeza! Gostamos de tudo!
• ANTONIO (6/5): ok - O Flat é muito bem localizado, é muito bonito, aconchegante, de muito bom gosto. Tivemos problemas na estadia. Primeiro a geladeira/freezer não gelava, muito menos congelava. Problema, pelo que parece, excesso de gelo e precisou ser descongelada. Não tivemos prejuízos pois a estadia foi rápida, porém sim, transtorno. A cafeteira também apresentou problema. Em ambas a situação, acionamos o responsável. O atendimento foi rápido a fim de solucionar os problemas. A cafeteira foi trocada, porém a geladeira acabou trazendo o transtorno, mas creio que há um problema no freezer de vedação, passado ao proprietário que pela presteza deve resolver rápido. O proprietário inclusive é um caso a parte. Muito preocupado, ofereceu facilidades para resolver os transtornos. Como eu estava na cidade de forma breve, não foi necessário. O que eu NÃO gostei realmente foi não ter tido a limpeza do imóvel. Me parece que a pessoa que foi resolver a cafeteira talvez seja essa pessoa e não fez a troca de toalhas ao menos e reabasteceu com material do banheiro. Tanto que fui pedir para o hotel atender, e inclusive com papel higiênico e foi péssimo. A ponto de parecer que era um favor eles arrumarem o que foi pedido. Decepcionante a atitude do hotel (Travel Inn Flats).

• Christopher (8/5): Great in so many ways but the bathroom smell and sink drainage I really needs to be addressed. - The apartment is nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The washer dryer, Nespresso machine, filtered water dispenser, and wine fridge are all pluses. The view is nice since the apartment is on a high floor. There are also two modern “smart TVs” where you can stream Netflix, YouTube etc. Very close to Paulista Ave, the MASP, and the metro. It’s a very safe and lively area with lots of people and nightlife. There is an issue with the plumbing in the bathroom causing a smell of sewer gas in the bathroom along with the bathroom sink draining extremely slowly.
