• Alave Martinez (7/5): Aceptable - Estaba bien, había una cocina y ducha con tina toallas limpias Todo bien, lo único fueron los otros huéspedes, hacían demasiado ruido, yo estaba agotada y no pude descansar porque se escuchaba los ruidos de la cocina. Es lo único que realmente me molestó.

• honey (10/5): Totally recommend it - Staff were very nice and friendly, location was very good . The room was perfectly clean. We stayed one night and if we come to Venezia we will stay in the same place for sure Just that inside the shower there were hair but that was related to the other rooms staying at the same time with us so I dont consider it as the properties lack of attention.

• Haider abdul hassan (1/5): Dirty, rip off and uncomfortable - I like no thing in this dirty , rip off , noisy place I was late check in 1 houre they are charging me 20 euro extra for check in then I surprised from room no heat , even there is no blanket just summery sheet , also the place was smelly , it was such a bad experience in this place also noisy at 6.30 ppl start cook in kitchen with noisy
• Eleanor (8/5): - This accomodation was very comfortable and clean We thought this accomodation was in Venice city but it is actually in Venice Maestre. It is in a great spot and its a quick train ride to Venice city. The only other issue is that guests use the buzzer to try and get in, which you can hear from your room. The buzzer was used many times during our one night stay. For the price I still rate this accomodation highly and would stay there again

• Roopesh (9/5): - The room was clean and spacious. The location is very close to good restaurants, train station, and bus station. Many hotels have automatic check-in options for late check-in. Here, there is no automatic option which means that I had to pay 20 euros.

Nous n'avions sûrement pas compris le concept du logement, c'est-à-dire de se retrouver dans un appartement avec 4 autres chambres et un maximum de 12 personnes avec qui nous partageons l'espace commun (cuisine, douche & WC) mais surtout le bruit incessant des vas et viens de tout ce beau monde qui ne respecte pas les horaires nocturnes ou l'on doit chuchoter et eviter de claquer les portes... Bref le sommeil n'est pas idéal ici si votre recherche est le calme... Le quartier (gare) n'inspire pas confiance lors de l'arrivée... Quartier très fréquenté, beaucoup de véhicules.

• Nina (8/5): Well located comfortable stay. - Location was awesome and kitchen was well equipped. Being shared with other guests we had no control about it. There was a large group staying at the same time as us and they woke us up several times.

Две ванные на 4 номера. Все чисто, комфортно. Мы с семьёй проездом оставались на сутки, все было хорошо. Рядом магазины, кафе станция автобусов.
• Tatiana (8/5): Perfect for 1 or 2 nights. - Ideal location. Ideal for a one or two-night stay. The floor had 4 rooms, 2 large shared bathrooms and a common area (kitchen) with all appliances. Good value for price. Walls are a bit thin so can sometimes be a bit noisy.

• Beatriz (9/5): - Alojamiento muy práctico para pasar una noche, situado muy próximo a la estación del tren que te lleva al Corazón de Venecia. A pesar de ser alojamiento compartido no coincidimos con más huéspedes, así que bien. A unos pocos metros tiene varios restaurantes para cenar. El baño es compartido, pero eso ya lo sabíamos al hacer la reserva. Aún así estaban muy limpios y no fue tanta molestia.

Lit confortable et chambre spacieuse. Voisins bruyants, et il fait très chaud dans la chambre. Il y avait un ventilateur, mais une climatisation ne serait pas de trop !

• Javiera (10/5): ESPECTACULAR - Todo fue perfecto. Muhammad nos ayudó desde el primer momento! La habitación estaba nueva y limpia, los baños estaban siempre impecables y la ubicación es excelente, puedes tomar bus o tren y en 10 min estás en Venezia Santa Lucia. Realmente lo recomiendo, volvería a este lugar sin lugar a dudas 😄 Nada, todo fue excelente
• Wójtowicz (6/5): - the apartment is located right next to the Venice Mestre train station, which is really convenient and there are also numerous restaurant nearby. there are two bathrooms for four rooms. they were not pristine but definitely clean enough. the rooms were also rather clean. it was a little bit difficult to talk with the owner in english

• Alexandra (10/5): - El lugar esta comodamente ubicado a minutos de la estacion del tren y esta muy cerca de la isla de venecia. El Host fue super amable y nos ayudo oportunamente en todo. Tambien nos ayudo a guardar las maletas despues de las 11 por lo que facilito nuestra visita. Todo perfecto

• TEMSIRI (3/5): I will never stay here again - Water filter No air conditioner, no staff at the property. So, you have to text and wait for them to reply. There are around 3 rooms in 1 apartment and everyone have to share bathroom which has only 2 rooms.

C'è una cucina in comune con tutto il necessario e 2 bagni. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alle fermate degli autobus e dei tram. Ho riposato benissimo su un letto comodo. Grazie per l'ottimo servizio!
• Chiew Yian (8/5): Good location near train station - The apartment is clean and quite spacious for a family of 4. It is a shared kitchen and bathroom but is well equipped. Check-in was easy and staff is friendly. Nothing in particular.

It was a 10 euro each bus ride to get to the hotel, then approximately a 30 min bus ride to the main part of Venice. Maybe I didn't read the description well but there is a kitchen shared by several rooms and the bathrooms were shared. We were on the 3rd floor-I think MMM1 is first floor,MM2 second floor,etc. VERY small but functional lift We were interested in being near public transportation because we only stayed 1 night but it isn't a particularly charming part of town but we did't feel unsafe
