• GERALDINE (10/5): Loved staying here perfect location management so accommodating & helpful - Location was amazing Apt was equipped with everything we needed Had 2 issues which were resolved speedily & efficiently Management were so accommodating during the current issue with the Middle East crisis The location was so close to everything It was equipped with everything we needed having the washing machine was such a bonus
• Nicola (7/5): Lovely decorated modern apartment with an amazing view from the balcony great location near to everything. If thenpool h - The view and location was amazing The poll was closed and so was the other one that can be used this was very disappointing for us as when looking for accommodation a pool was a must. The tv in the room would not connect to the internet which was poor anyway. The markings on the oven have wiped off so was hard to figure out. The noise in the bedrooms at the back was really noisy from the road but also it was like a wind tunnel so all you could hear was wind howling even on the days where it didn’t see windy.

• Amy (9/5): Fantastic location, well equipped apartment with easy access to surrounding facilities. - Very friendly reception staff and excellent location. Apartment was well equipped, beds were comfortable and all amenties were easily accessible. The views were stunning, we loved the atmosphere of the Saturday markets/food vans and the general wide variety of places to eat. Due to the excellent location, we would say the apartment was well loved and some of the furnishings were a little bit tired looking/feeling, it didn't detract from our stay as the views and accessibility more than made up for it.

• Neil (5/5): Passable - Heater did not work - was very cold week. Internet was intermittent, TV cutting in and out . Toilet was faulty - multiple flush and water running constantly meaning having to fiddle everytime to stop the water running .

• Julia (9/5): The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the location is very convenient to everything! - 1. The breakfast was not included, but the apartment is very close to the bakeries, restaurants and a supermarket. 2. The outside view from the living room is excellent. 3. It's a full kitchen with every cooking utencils and all needed necessities are there. 4. There are 2 parking spots provided in the underground gated garage which made parking much easier. 1. There was only a few coffee pods in the container and they are really not enough for all six of us for our week-long stay. 2. There is only a washing machine but no dryer in the small bathroom. Also, no drying rack for our washed clothes to hang dry and this is very inconvenient for all of us. 3. Not enough electrical outlet in all the bedrooms. 4. The outside noise is very audible in both of the small bedrooms through walls and windows.

• Siang (9/5): The property is excellent. The property management need to improve. - Confusing key collection place. As it is not at the staying location. I felt the owner could have inform this earlier. Example state that "Please note that the key location place is not at the staying location. It is 3 buildings away." I called the property number. And I was told that they do not have my booking record. They asked me to call Booking.com. I think this is missed managed by the property.

• Wade (10/5): Great view in a superb location. - A great view of Scarborough beach. Located within easy walking distance from cafes, restaurants & the shopping Centre. Really great cooking facilities with oil, salt, pepper & other bits to make it easy to cook there. It wasn't super easy to work out how to get into the building & then into the room. Once we were in & had done it a few times, it was easy. Leaving our keys on departure wasn't easy as the drop off box is pretty well hidden.

• Conway (9/5): Superb - The apartment is absolutely amazing. Great location, beautiful view. Staff were helpful. Beach towels provided. Fantastic kitchen. Knives absolutely top notch, not poor quality, stuff you can actually cook with. The public pool was lovely, we had a lot of fun in it. Close to beach and a lot of great restaurants looking over the coast. Truly wonderful. The instructions to get the key are near impossible to follow. Especially since the company sent me instructions to get into their Fremantle properties as opposed to Scarborough where we were staying. After hours, check in needs some work... The kitchen sink tap didn't work for cold water. If you are going to charge a premium, make sure everything is at a premium.... I had read that check-in was difficult from a previous tenant. This wasn't fixed and was still very hard after hours. Needs to be improved. Honestly, my only real knock on this place is the after hours check in. Instructions weren't clear and were not sent early enough. Coming from Melbourne late at night, I personally just need more guidance to pre plan. Got no correspondence saying that the key gets picked up at seashells safe with so and so code. Then let us know we are staying one building over, and this is how you use the key to get in. 9/10.. 1 point lost due to check in after hours. Everything else was absolutely amazing and would absolutely stay again.

• Danielle (9/5): Superb - The apartment and the location was fantastic. Things we didn't like are listed below: 1. The ceiling lights didn't work in the two bedrooms we were using. 2. The waterspouts in the pool were annoying. It made half the pool unusable unless you wanted water splashed in your face. I wanted to turn them off but couldn't find a lever to do so. The pool is small to begin with. Having the waterspouts turned on made in half the size. 3. We felt the cost was excessive. Although it's a great apartment and location, we would stay at the Hotel instead next time simply because it's too expensive. 4. The instructions for checking in (collecting the keys) were incorrect and very confusing. We were instructed to collect the keys from the Sandcastles location - when in fact, we had to collect them from the Seashell's location.
