- Kauc (7/5): Pokoj s rotopedem - Centrální poloha, relativně čisto, skříně, safe, kuchyňka, lednice. Nechápu přítomnost rotopedu na pokoji ani ohavných okrasných koulí z umělého mechu na poličkách. Sprchový kout sice prostorný, ale po spuštění vody se mění v kluziště. Nefunkční TV. Nepohodlná matrace.

- Lucyna (9/5): - Ogromnym plusem tego hotelu, było jego umiejscowienie oraz przestronność apartamentu, w którym się znajdowaliśmy. Zarówno ja z mężem, jak i syn mieliśmy gdzie spać. Również plusem była czystość pokoju, ręczniki oraz kosmetyki. Pomimo niewielkiego wyboru jedzenia podczas śniadania, to warto w tym hotelu się zatrzymać i przenocować podczas pobytu w Ostravie. Za mały wybór jedzenia podczas śniadania, od hotelu 4 gwiazdowego oczekuje się wyższego standardu, brak expresu do kawy, który oferowałby wybór kawy do zrobienia. Postawiony był najtańszy express, gdzie niestety kawa nie nadawała się do wypicia.
- Рибачок (8/5): В цілому непоганий готель. - Розташування в самому центрі міста де вирує нічне життя. Враховуйте це при виборі. Це зручно якщо хочете побачити місто вночі чи відвідати паб, але створює зайвий шум. Сніданок просто супер, персонал ресторану дуже уважні і доброзичливі. Номери комфортні. Персонал спілкується багатьма мовами. Є закрита територія для паркування авто. Плата за паркінг - це завжди дратує, особливо коли це не зовсім дешевий готель. Це все одно що за додаткову плату давати ключ від душу чи туалету. Не робіть такого. Паркінг це базова зручність у готелі.

- Jerzy (8/5): Bardzo dobra miejscówka w tym mieście - Blisko przystanku tramwajowego i w zasięgu pieszego dojścia do wszytkich ważnych miejsc w centrum. W bezpośredniej okolicy jest gdzie zjeść i się napić. Personel bardzo pomocny, wychodzący poza schemat. Jestem zadowolony i następnym razem w Ostrawie też się tam zatrzymam. 1. Zasłonę prysznica można by już wymienić. Szerzej: kabinę prysznicową powinno się już przebudować na taką bez ceratowej zasłony. Jeszcze szerzej: cała łazienka skorzystałaby już z remontu. 2. Wejście do recepcji otwierane jest zdalnie przez recepcjonistę, co powoduję, że jeśli recepcjonista na chwilę opuści postarunek, do hotelu nie można się dostać. To jest bardzo frustrujące. Tu powinno się szybko znależć jakieś lepsze rozwiązanie

- Ekaterina (10/5): - Все понравилось, о хорошем... Отель: стоит удобо, в центре, до тц совсем рядом. Стиль классика, когда-то, он был нереально крут, наверное. Уже нет так все свежо, но соотношение к цене. Очень комфортная была ванная комната. Очень, очень чисто!! Постель, халат, полотенца, свежайшие, хрустели. Завтак был замечательный. Рядом с отелем ирландский паб, диско итп. Ночью гудело , и кому-то мешать может если окна как наши выходили на бары. Мне не мешало:) пожалели, что не сходили., но взяли на заметку.

- Matúš (8/5): - Výborná poloha v centre mesta, dobrá vybavenosť izby, priestranný apartmán, raňajky chutné, personál príjemný a ochotný Malé mínus ktoré nám až tak nevadilo, ubytovanie sa nachádza v časti mesta kde to cez víkend v noci žije (disko,bary) čiže zvýšený hluku ale dalo sa to zniesť, vyspali sme sa príjemne

- Kožoušek (9/5): Doporučuji pro nenáročné - Hotel je jinak hezký a útulný, oceňuji zejména venkovní rolety, které zaručí absolutní tmu na pokoji i v průběhu dne, kdyby někdo potřeboval. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Pro někoho by mohl být výběr trochu omezený, ale mě to bohatě stačilo a najedl jsem se dosyta. Lokalita je na Stodolní ulici, která pamatuje bouřlivou historii. Dnes je to bohužel už ulice se známkami opotřebení a určitě by potřebovala trochu obnovit. "Restaurace" s Kebabem nebo nudlemi jsou na každém rohu.
