Guest Reviews
- Séverine (7/5): - Beaucoup d’espace.
Pratique lorsque que l’on est nombreux La propreté,
Logement un peu loin du métro.
Peu d’isolation
- CARLOS (4/5): Stay by Canary Wharf, cheap but no internet, poor cleaning and maintenance. - The location was ideal for our business trip by the O2.
Also, the distribution of the place was ideal, large bedrooms and social area. Cleanliness was deplorable.
- Shower had stains, water would bubble from the drain.
- Floors were sticky
- Sheets and covers had stains
- Blinds, baseboards and tables had dust
- Bugs would crawl from places, mainly ants
Poor maintenance.
- There is humidity in the ceilings of the entrance, bathroom and bedrooms
- The WiFi never worked
- The door handlers fell off in the bedrooms
- The toilet lit was off and didn't fit

- Israel (1/5): Most horrible experience. Stay away from this one . - Nothing, the most horrible experience I have ever had and I been to many countries. You should stay away if you can . The Area is nice but this place was extremely bad wouldn't recomend to anyone unless you have no options .
Bath room had mold in the ceilings, it was clogged and smell was horrible when we ask for it to be fix they blame it on us to don'tgive any money back even though I spend a lot and , I had to move my family because the smell . Horrible experience. The Area is quiet .
- Georgina (6/5): Not too pleasant as all the complaints we made for them to come fix the items not working we’re not addressed - Proximity to my training Centre The micro wave was bad and the toilets were not flushing the pots and pans were too small and also not conducting so we could only use one very tiny pot to heat up our food
- Sandra (7/5): Good -
- Ivan (9/5): Superb -
- Kristian (8/5): Not perfect, but great location, clean, and quiet. - We loved the location in the heart of the Poplar neighborhood. Within 15 minutes of 3 major lines (DLR, Elizabeth, and Jubilee) and multiple bus lines. There are multiple cheap restaurants and affordable grocery stores nearby. It was nice having a kitchen. The two beds upstairs were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again based on the location, it was quiet, it was clean and we had a great time. But there are things that could easily be improved. The third bed, the hide a bed in the couch downstairs, was extremely uncomfortable with the springs sticking through the mattress. The handle on the kitchen sink was broken. The top of the bathtub was so high above the floor of the bathroom that it was quite dangerous trying to step out of the shower onto a potentially slippery floor, because there is no shower curtain. I recommend installing some kind of step before someone gets hurt. Also, I'm glad there is wifi, Ithe internet router sits on top of a radiator, which can't be good for the equipment. It was advertised that there was a coffeemaker, but there was none. Oh, and there was no TV.
- Odriscoll (2/5): Very poor -
- Valentin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kofi (7/5): Good - The apartment was perfect for us, and the kitchen was modern and clean. The beds were comfy. It was a 15-minute walk to the Elizabeth line and a few minutes from the DLR. We've been annoyed about the TV situation. We checked in, hoping to have a TV in the flat, but guess what? There wasn't one! We called the team, and they said the guest who checked out that morning stole it. I mean, come on, that's what deposits are for, right? And why didn't they tell us about it beforehand? We could've been prepared. And now we're stuck without entertainment because someone decided to be a thief. I sent them an email, but they haven't even bothered to talk to us about it. What a joke! The lady I spoke to could've handled the TV situation waway better.

- Vaishali (9/5): Superb -
- Shannon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good - Great location, good price. Agent was helpful and swift to respond. Beds were comfy. House was light and reasonably well maintained. Outside area was nice. House is quiet and peaceful due to row having it's own path set away from the main road. There are shops located nearby and the area seems nice and friendly. Within easy distance of tube/DLR. Upon arrival toilet cistern wasn't working however we were able to adjust this. Shower head was filthy and we were unable to use this, instead we used the hair washing attachment. There were very small, old bloodstains on one of my pillows. The door of the smaller bedroom did not close properly without force being used. There was a TV in the photos on the website and brochure but not in reality.
- Jacktheripper (9/5): We have a very enjoyable time in London. - The localization is quite good. It is a good place to visit London for sightseeing tours. The flat was equipped with toaster, tea, coffee and a lot of other useful things The bathroom conditions could be far better. The visible rust on the shower set/column and bathtub with peeling paint was one and simultaneously the biggest issue of this apartment.
- Darius (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ivo (9/5): Superb -
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional - I love how big and cosy it was when we walked it. It was absolutely amazing and me and my friends felt “at home” while we had our stay. It was clean and fresh when we walked in and It was not bad travel wise either.
- Rana (5/5): Passable - It was nice loction
- Stjepan (7/5): Good -
- Nik (10/5): Good place and definitely will choose again given a chance to come back. - Everything was good, location size of hse spacious enough for 4-6 adults and large luggages, close to shops easy to get food supplies groceries and halal chicken. nearby to dlr n bus stop - transportation was easy n convenient many choices of transportation about 20-30 mins to central london. Kitchen, washing machine and radiator all was good and working well. Better if there is an extra toilet. One of the sofa bed slightly broken but still can be used and sheets for sofa bed duvet not changed/clean.
- Abdul (9/5): Superb -
- Abdelghani (10/5): Exceptional - It was so clean and tidy
Facilities were all available you don't need to bring anything with you
The beds are comfy, you got smart tv in the leaving room, there is also a modern kitchen with all appliances.
Location is very good as well, you can find shops at 1mn walking distance
The host is really professional and nice
I would for sure book it again
- Vicki (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent property. Will definitely be looking to book again if we go back to London soon
