Guest Reviews
- Sarah (8/5): Nice place in a good location. - The space was lovely, and the pool facilities are a great bonus. Good location. The fact that the bathroom is in the bedroom - no door!! So terrible for privacy. And the very confusing key collection which several other reviewers have commented on. I also think it’s disappointing to pay a last-minute damage bond which I still don’t have back despite having left five days ago.
- Stephanie (7/5): Will stay again - Good location
Spacious apartment Check in process
- Jeanette (10/5): A spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views from every room. Loved it! - Location was great - next to a major train station, from which you can also catch the skybus to the airport. Also trams stops and bus stops were close by. A major sporting stadium is just across the road. Lots of restaurants within a walkable distance. This is the only small negative...... I'm not sure about bedroom 2 and 3, but the bed quilt in the main bedroom was undersize for the bed. It only just fit across the bed when there was nobody in it. It should be one size bigger.
- Stacey (7/5): Sensational view but bring spare towels/tea towels. - The sunset view is actually breathtaking (aside from the outside glass needing a clean) There were no tea towels or spare towels.
- Françoise (9/5): Superb - Thé view and location
- Daryl (1/5): Find another place to stay - Location and view It was the worst experience I have ever had. It is hard to complain about the communication when there isnt any. Listed on Booking.com. was a different address to pick up the keys. he kept wanting me to pay before i collected the keys. I had already paid in full. so questioned the $300. couldnt get an answer at all. wasted 4 hours picking the keys up and checking in.
- Yili (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ning (9/5): Enjoy 4 nights stay very much. Clean place with well equipped facilities. - Very cozy place with fantastic view. Excellent location to enjoy the duckland sunset and very convenient to everywhere while the southern cross station, Spencer outlet and Coles are nearby.
- Hawraa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lauren (8/5): Dodgy communication, but great accommodation. - Comfortable beds, good pricing, central to everything, offerred parking and pool.
No noise coming through from conjoining apartments. Needed to offer:
*pool towels - there are two pools in the apartment to choose from.
*tea towel to dry up dishes.
*new dining table (very wobbly and a dodgy repair job) and preferrably one that can seat the 6 guests the accommodation sleeps.
*clearer car park instructions.
*instructions on using tag in elevator.
*microwave jug or bowl.
*more than 2 coffee pods for a 2 night stay.
*Communication was thin and came across as a scam. Especially when it took 4 days for a reply and reply came through the day before staying, the wording of *trust me* was used in requesting a $300 damage bond and movement of the pick up place for the keys and then refusing to give out the collection address for the keys before the check in time to enable a guest to plan their travel to pick up location. Bearing in mind I had paid the full accommodation and extra $300 damage bond by this stage. I was also asked for a photo of my drivers licence upon key pick up which was then photographed on someones phone and raises concern about identity fraud in this day and age.
- Valerie (9/5): Amazing views, great beds, very spacious. - Very large three bedroom property, everything you need for your stay is included. Beds with very comfortable. The car park entrance was a nightmare. There were no details on how to enter two streets down or where the car park is located and ass signage inside the car park is very poor. It took us an hour and a half to find it, but once we knew where it was, it was convenient to the room.
- Watts (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and great location. The check in process was a bit confusing as we were given two different locations within the Melbourne CBD to pick up the keys. Also there were no tea towels in the apartment.
- Eden (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stella (9/5): Superb - Location
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Jackie (8/5): Fabulous location for views and access to everything. Almost 5 star, just missing the mark slightly. - Great location with amazing views. Few items missing - no tea towel, only 1 towel each for a 6 night stay. It meant washing & drying towels each day. Coffee plunger would have been a nice option, not everyone likes pods. No pepper and salt appears to have been left by someone else. Same with shower products - appeared to have been left behind. No drinking glasses, only wine glasses. Small incidentals that make a difference.
- Sally (9/5): Superb - Great location with tram stop just outside. Magnificent views.
- Sapkota (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iris (7/5): Review - The view was indeed spectacular. The location is very accessible to the city. Very near to DFO shopping mall. The kitchen hood was very oily and the cleanliness could be better. The dining table was spoilt and it could topple off if not careful. The maintenance of the drawer and the house could be better.
It's quite hard to get a good temp for the shower. It became hot and cold on its own. The master bedroom toilet was open concept which I think is not necessary. It was not conducive when someone was sleeping and the other one was using the toilet.
Host can consider providing more than a set of towels if the tenant is staying for more than 2 nights. We stayed for 5 nights and we only had one towel each.
The pillows were on the softer side.
- Siobhan (7/5): Good - Great views and beautiful apartment. Wasn't quite as clean as hoped when looking under the beds for my kids toys before leaving they were pretty gross. And the dining room table couldn't be used as it wasn't stable.
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Travis (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (9/5): Superb - Lack of kitchen equipment. Example, no frying pan, salad bowl or normal glasses.
- Lishan (8/5): Nice place, good location, perfect for families. - Centrally located in Melbourne CBD. Walking distance to amenities, eateries etc. The carpark is hard to locate. If driving, do get detailed information from owner before checking in.
- Anahera (9/5): Superb -
- Jaquie (10/5): Exceptional -
