• Diana (10/5): Zeer Fijne locatie voor aankomst en vertrek. - De locatie is perfect voor als je dicht bij de luchthaven wil zijn, rit van 10 minuten. De kamer was schoon en volledig, zoals omschreven Met een fijne douche en een goed bed. Het is stil genoeg in de kamer. Je hoort weinig geluid van buiten, alleen af en toe nieuwe gasten op de gang. Goede airco aanwezig. De Routebeschrijving is duidelijk. Wij hadden 1 van de 2 aanwezige parkeerplekken gereserveerd en konden onze auto veilig binnen parkeren. Met de code gaat de kleine deur open en kan je van binnenuit de garagedeur openen. Mocht je nog wat willen eten, dan is er een Mexican eettentje op loopafstand. Wij hebben de host niet persoonlijk gezien of gesproken, maar het contact via de berichten was vlot, zeer vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Wij hadden de volgendeochtend vroeg (04:30 uur), na het terugbrengen van onze huurauto, vervoer nodig naar de luchthaven. De shuttle service van de accommodatie is pas vanaf 06:00 uur, dus wij wilde online een taxi bestellen (behoorlijk prijzig, $25 voor een 10 minuten rit) wat niet lukte. Een Uber (veel goedkoper) lukte ook niet, dus vroegen wij onze host voor hulp. Zij hebben voor ons wel een Uber weten te regelen, die netjes op tijd voor de deur stond. Toen wij de kosten wilde verrekenen, zeiden ze dat het al geregeld was 😃 Dus, Ja wij raden deze accommodatie zeker aan. Pura Vida Geen minpunten voor de accommodatie en de host. Alles netjes en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Would stay at again! The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a small table and chair inside which made eating dinner a challenge. My room was a bit threadbare compared to some of the other room photos seen on Google. Also, there were chairs and a place to relax outside of my room which was nice, but occasionally when other people sat there they were loud.

I forgot my kepi and - on my way back home one week later - got full support to get it back. The difficulty to find the way to walk the 750m to there. It looks like you can only reach it by taxi, and they charge 15$ for 10 min drive (you have to go around)

Y el lugar cuenta con una cocina en común para todos los huéspedes Como consejo deberían incluir frigobar en la habitación. Pero en la cocina que hay en común ya cuenta con estos servicios, no hay problema!

Вход полностью автоматический, и внешняя дверь дома и дверь уже в номер открывались с помощью кодов, которые были высланы через систему сообщений. У двери в номер также был еще и простой ключ, поэтому можно было выбрать открывать либо простым ключем, либо через код. Недалеко от апартаментов находится ТЦ, там много магазинов и кафе. Несмотря на то, что дом находится недалеко от аэропорта, пешком туда все таки идти долго, поэтому хозяева дома предоставляют трансфер. Они предоставляют эту услугу с 6 утра, у нас вылет был в 5 утра, они пошли на уступки и предоставили трансфер, за что им отдельная благодарность.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens gut geeignet. Es gab kostenloses Wasser und das Zimmer war sehr sauber .
• Karolina (8/5): Super lokalizacja - Super lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko lotniska, restauracji i Walmarta, do którego było 5 minut piechotą. Bezpiecznie, bo obok są dość drogie hotele. Wieczorem bez obaw można iść zrobić zakupy, albo wyskoczyć na kolację. Dodatkowo bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. W ramach pobytu jest bezpłatny transfer z lotniska, który przebiegł sprawnie i w miłej atmosferze. Pokoje dość małe, ale czyste. Trochę brakuje sprzętów, np. jakiejś szafki albo stolika. Ale jako hotel transferowy, na jedną noc, sprawdzi sie doskonale. Trzeba się liczyć z tym, że jest trochę głośno, bo jesteśmy niedaleko głównej drogi. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo pozytywne.

• cindy (9/5): A better description of how to find this place - Great location near the airport. A few restaurants nearby and a mall. Room was clean and everything worked. Airport shuttle was great. It was difficult to find based on the description given. The building is yellow (not gray). It is located directly across the street from the exit gate for the parking lot that is behind the Marriott Fairfield hotel. I had difficulty accessing the building because I didn't have a phone and didn't have access to the email they sent me. It contained building and room access codes. Don't plan to stay there if you don't have a phone that works in Costa Rica.

The room was extremely small, full-size bed and a bathroom, TV, air-conditioning unit and a fan. no windows. Booked because it had free transportation to the airport but upon booking discovered that was only during certain hours which were not mentioned in the description, so we still had to hire an Uber.

Kontakt zur Vermieterin war über WhatsApp sehr angenehm und freundlich. Zimmer einfach aber sauber. 5 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen und Restaurants sowie Walmart fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer ohne Fenster, somit leicht gammliger Geruch. Preis etwas zu hoch, aber vermutlich der Lage zum Flughafen und der kurzfristigen Buchung geschuldet.

• Shalyn (8/5): Somewhat Standard Stay - It’s close to the airport which was perfect as I landed late in Costa Rica. The host was superb in terms of communication. She was very helpful. The room itself is pretty standard, comfortable bed. The toilet stopped working and wouldn’t flush. Nothing was done to combat this issue by the staff which was not great. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain so the water ends up going everywhere and there’s no mop or anything to wipe the floor with. The room itself doesn’t have much amenities besides the TV and air conditioning unit
• Shalyn (7/5): Average Stay but Great Host - Comfortable bed and decently sized room. The room had an air conditioning unit plus a portable fan that you could move around the room. The airport shuttle service was great and efficient. The host was very accommodating to pick up time with a good sized car for luggage. There was no hot water in the bathroom so had to take a cold shower which was not great :( There’s no amenities provided in the room such as mini fridge, tea/coffee station or kettle etc but there seemed to be a communal kitchen area with a microwave.

Well, it did not star so well, transport was complicated, get the room assigned was not clean, they changed my room and the other had nothing to hang stuff or a rack to put a surface to put my other than the floor.
