Guest Reviews
- Peta (10/5): - Wonderful country charm in walking distance to town. Ducted air made our winter stay very cosy. Beds were very comfortable.
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - Im so impressed with the home i would like to contact the owner and talk about the possibility of a semi permanent booking for my drivers here at central agitator hire services.
- Gail (6/5): Area was quiet, but the reasons mentioned above spoilt the stay. Also bottles of water in the fridge - Bed in main bedroom slats kept falling out. Mattresses uncomfortable in most rooms. Cockroaches in the house.
- Lyn (6/5): Pleasant -
- Wendie (8/5): Very good - Good support when hot water was not working. Easy to walk to cbd, pool and cultural centre . Big rooms . Good BBQ Kitchen needs more cutlery, a vegetable peeler and tongs.
- Linda (10/5): It was absolutely beautiful! -
- Graham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenneil (5/5): Comfortable but some safety concerns - The location was good. The linen on beds was good and kept us warm The keylock was difficult to open. Lots of light bulbs didn’t work and the front light on verandah didn’t so it was dangerous trying to come in the front door at night. There was a broken tile on the edge of the verandah which was very sharp and could have caused a nasty accident The bedrooms were extremely dark even with the light on. The carpet mat in lounge room was curled up and dangerous and rolled up on one end so not very safe. There was a pair of socks under the vanity in the 1 bathroom so the cleaners had swept under there, the bathrooms were clean through. There were only 4 forks and no tongs but plenty of other cutlery, otherwise kitchen was good. It was extremely cold when we entered the house and we were disappointed that there were no electric blankets but the linen was enough in the end.
- Lara (8/5): Enjoyed our stay, lovely reunion with old school friends. - The old cottage is lovely, once opening all the curtains it had a nice feel to it, not sure why it would be all drawn shut and dark for arrival.
Yard is big if you are travelling with family.
Lots of rooms with lots of beds.
Front deck and lounge room nice to hang out on sunny days. Back two rooms are freezing, heating doesn’t get down there at all.
Lots of beautiful fire places but you aren’t allowed to used them, shame.
Twin beds at front end of house squeeked every time you moved, had to move to freezing end of house.
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Callum (7/5): Good -
- Cas (8/5): Nice enough but could be improved - Beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, off street parking, great location, easy check in. Connecting doors between bedrooms 1 & 2 and 3 & 4. Only locked from one side. Need to be able to lock from both sides or sealed off. Very cold on arrival- was disappointed air conditioning hadn’t been turned on prior to arrival. Large older house which took forever to heat up.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to shops and Western Plains Zoo, very clean and spacious, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Overall great experience - would book again. No complaints at all
- Bikram (10/5): Exceptional - big house and big yard no mop
- Ellen (10/5): Exceptional - The property exceeded expectations big house and big yard. Perfect for two families to stay.
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
