С самого начала было ощущение, что что-то не так: грязный номер, - К сожалению, впечатление от проживания осталось не самым приятным. Особенно разочаровало отношение, ожидали большего внимания и профессионализма. Были проблемы с сервисом и организацией, что испортило отдых. Отель оказался расположен в непонятном и неудобном месте. Номер был грязный, а контингент людей в отеле вызывал сомнения и чувство небезопасности. Ночью стало некомфортно и страшно оставаться, поэтому мы были вынуждены уехать из отеля.

• Magomed (10/5): Пожалуй, лучшее соотношение цены и качества среди отелей Баку. - Понравилось расположение отеля в старой части одного из самых живописных исторических районов города. Уютный тихий номер, в котором можно отдохнуть от городского шума. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый коллектив отеля. Отдельное спасибо Гюльназ ханум за вкусные завтраки, ребятам Илькину и Фаигу. Планирую летом поселиться здесь снова, учитывая еще и близость к городскому пляжу.

For this price, we could have stayed in a 3-star hotel with modern facilities. The kettle was broken, microwave, water heater, TV, air conditioning were very old🥴. And there was no gas stove to cook, I was surprised.THE DOOR of the room is another topic. It creaks so loudly, so badly that we felt nervous! It is not hard to fix it, I believe! They charge high fees, but do not update the basic needs and facilities of guests. Also, toilet does not flush well. We asked to extend our stay for some hours and they charged half of full-day stay😒although there were no guests arriving on that day.

Yorumlara bakma firsatım olmadığı için kendimi suçlu görüyordum taaki yorumları okuyana kadar Türk arkadaşlar bile gayet temiz yorumlarını gördüm açıkçası bu yalan yorumları bile kul hakkı. Temizlik adına bir şey göremedim ve bir dahaki geldiğimde tercihim kesinlikle olmaz.

• Fizza (10/5): - Our stay was amazing once we shifted out of the basement. The balconies had a great view. The staff was amazing. Specially Icin who made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. Had the best time. Great value for money. Bathrooms can have a better drainage system. As water leaked out to the floors.

Всё было на высоком уровне — чистота, комфорт и внимательное отношение персонала. Номер уютный, аккуратный, со всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Атмосфера спокойная и приятная, чувствуется забота о гостях. Отдельно хочу отметить сервис — сотрудники вежливые, всегда готовы помочь и быстро реагируют на любые просьбы. Расположение также удобное, что сделало пребывание ещё более комфортным. Я осталась полностью довольна своим выбором и с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were clean. Отдыхали здесь в период проведения концерта Джастина Тимберлейка. Персонал данного отеля делал все для нас! Персонал доброжелательный, приветливый! Завтраки были вкусные , номера в гостинице были чистые.

• Zohaib (9/5): The best option for those on a budget. I will definitely stay there again! - I had a wonderful stay at Nur-2 Hotel. It is a small, cozy hotel that feels more like staying in a big, comfortable house than a typical hotel. What really made the experience special was the staff—specifically Elçin, Faiq & Nomik. They are great guys, incredibly helpful, and I’m happy to call them my friends now! The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet. It’s slightly away from the busy city center, which makes it very tranquil. The neighborhood is an interesting mix of old and new, and everything you need (markets, shops, etc.) is within walking distance. If you prefer a peaceful, "homey" vibe over a big fancy hotel, this is the place for you. It is not a fancy hotel with a swimming pool or the typical amenities you find in larger chains, but it is definitely the best choice for this budget. Since the staff was so awesome, we didn’t face a single problem during our stay. It is located in a charming old neighborhood that feels very authentic and peaceful.

• Faisal (8/5): Very comfortable stay but away from good food outlets. - Room was medium size with good clean bathroom, comfortable bed, TV and all the related ammenities. Also the room had an open air terrace where one can sit and enjoy the fresh air and views across. The entire hotel is like a big house. You don't get the feeling of a hotel there. Also the breakfast was average only. They serve continental breakfast on just one plate alongwith black tea. You have to ask for milk separately. And the hotel location is a little far from the commercial centre of Baku city.
