• GRIGORIOS (9/5): Εξαιρετικα - Η τοποθεσια ηταν εξαιρετικη καθως και η επικοινωνια με τον οικοδεσποτη Θα επρεπε να υπαρχει κουρτινα -ρομαν στο κεντρικο παραθυρο σαλονιου προς τον δρομο οπως υπαρχει στα υπολοιπα παραθυρα καταλυματος Επισηα θα ηθελα να ηταν ακομα περισσοτερο καθαρο σε καποια σημεια

• Nezihe Elif (8/5): - Konumu çok iyi, giriş kolay ev rahat Evin temizliği düzgün yapılmamıştı, sadece nespreso makinesini kullandım ve pisti. İkram olarak 2-3 tane kapsül konulabilirmiş. Genel olarak ev güzel silinmemişti, ev güzel de kokmuyordu.Aynı zamanda erken checkin talebim 1,5 ay öncesinden onaylanmasına rağmen eve giriş yapamadım. Bana çok erken geldiğim söylendi ve öyle bir talebi onaylamadıklarını ilettiler ancak bookinge girdiğimde açıkça onaylandığı yazıyordu. Check in yapmak için 14.30’a kadar elimizde bavullar beklemek zorunda kaldık ve bu olumsuz durum için hiç bir şekilde telafi sunulmadı. Benimle konuşan kişi çözüm odaklı değildi ve konudan bir haberdi. Konum ve ev rahattı ama bir daha kalacağımı düşünmüyorum.

• Catherine (10/5): I often stay in Kolonaki and so this was a brilliant location as my friends live in the same street. The apartment is ve - Very spacious place and well heated and very comfortable. The Cleaning could be a bit better.
• Maria Rosario (8/5): Our Athens vacation was so memorable because the apartment is highly accessible. - The location was excellent, accessible to everything -shops, restaurants and places of interest. ❤️We are heritage boutique hotel owners in our country, and would stay in this conveniently-located apartment again. However, here are some suggestions for consideration. For 2 couples, sharing 1 set of keys was difficult, but we managed. For seniors, rubber bathroom shower and tub mats would he appreciated and safer. It was slippery! The lopsided wooden dining table leaf needs repair (just add a support bracket) because it is difficult to eat in that place setting. Regrouting of the marble tiles near the bath tub would prevent black mold from developing. Keeping books in the closet prevents the use of one accessible shelf. Some books had a moldy smell. Books should be displayed in the shelves outside the living/dining area, for guests to enjoy. They are great to have in the apartment.
• Hanna (9/5): Reilun kokoinen viihtyisä hotellihuoneisto - Kaupunginosassa on paljon ravintoloita, baareja, nuoria ja menoa läpi vuorokauden. Silti ei ollut rauhatonta, eikä meluisaa, jos ei jotakin puheensorina häiritse. Kadulle mennessä oli heti mukana kaikessa. Vähän turisteja. Hotellihuoneisto oli todella tilava ja valoisa. Suunnittelijalla on ollut paljon hyviä ideoita. Minikeittiössä oli mahdollisuus keittää kahvia ja säilöä ruokaa jääkaappiin. Ikkunat molemmin puolin huoneistoa avarsivat maisemia. Hotellihuoneen ikkunoista on kivat maisemat, ei ole taloa kadun toisella puolella aivan vastapäätä. Kaukana näkyvä Akropolis on hieno yksityiskohta. Valtava liukuovi ja pieni parveke suurine ikkunoineen olivat loistavat. Kylpyhuoneen ikkuna myös plussa. tila oli valoisa ja helposti tuuletettavissa. Pidimme tilan modernista ja minimalistisesta ilmeestä ja tilojen siisteydestä. Hotellin katolla on terassi, mitä voi käyttää vapaasti ja maisema avautuu joka suuntaan. Henkilökunta (omistajat) oli todella ystävällistä. Hotelliin on tulossa oma pieni kahvila, mikä suuri plussa jatkossa. Sijainti on hiukan syrjäinen, mutta tuli nähtyä enemmin kaupunkia siitä syystä ja ehkä siksi turistejakin on vähemmin ja kaupunginosa on säilynyt aitona. Kävely hotellilta nähtävyyksille ja museoihin vei aikansa. Kadut alueella ovat huonossa kunnossa, joten ehkä en suosittelisi henkilöille joiden liikkuminen on vaikeaa. Keittiöstä puuttui muutamia asioita, kuten kattila, pullon- ja tölkinavaaja. Ei suuri juttu, mutta voisi lisätä ne, koska varmaan moni niitä kaipaa. Vaatteille ei ollut naulakkoa/vaatetankoa, hyllyjä. Kaikki tavarat piti säilyttää laukussa ja tuoleilla. Voisi ottaa käyttöön nyt täysin tyhjänä olleen seinäkomeron ja sijoittaa sinne vaatetangon & pari hyllyä. Vaihtoehtoisesti voisi lisätä vaaterekin tai seinänaulakon jonnekin.

• Panayiotis (3/5): - Location, good size apartment, two bathrooms was important, comfy beds, well equipped in general. The check in at 3pm and check out at 10am. Even though we asked for some extra time especially when checking out they refused with silly excuses. Most places check in is at 2pm and check out at 12 noon. 2 hours should be more than enough to clean up for the next guest. Some of the furniture is old, showers have no shower door or curtain which creates a bit of a mess and they could have been cleaner (maybe because it is of some age).
