Guest Reviews
- Denise (6/5): Stay for the location - The location is perfect for visiting Innsbruck. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The tram is right outside the apt. The train station is 1.6km away. There is a washer! The bed was not comfy. The linens and towels provided were crispy, not crisp. There was a leak under the kitchen sink. No appliance was cleaned. The stove exhaust filter needs replacement. It smells like cooking oil and curry throughout the apt.
- Jessica (10/5): Fantastic - Great communication for check-in, supermarket right next door, tram stop right outside, comfortable room, clean space. Loved our stay!
- Alex (6/5): Good location, Clean but Uncomfortable - The location was convenient. Not too far from the main centre and shops located very close. Apartment was very clean. Futon was very uncomfortable, pillows were very low quality and the window is not accessible. A bit expensive.
- P. (1/5): Bad -

Poor experience overall ..
VERY POOR !!
- Beth (7/5): Comfy bed and spotless suite, but a few shortcomings - The location was useful for us (not far from the train station) and having the supermarket right next door was very convenient, but the neighborhood is not especially inviting and could make single female travelers nervous (although the other people in the complex were, without exception, friendly, welcoming and patient!) Oh, and high praise for this apartment’s cleaning team. The place was spotless! The ground floor apartment appears to be one unit divided into two suites, so the enclosed balcony is cut in half by a clothes closet which opens on our side. The closet is secured (there is no way to get between the suites) but if both units have their “balcony” doors open, it’s sort of like being in the same room — easy to hear conversations etc. Also, the closet prevents the lone window of the enclosed balcony from opening more than a crack, meaning there is almost no fresh air in the apartment and it can quickly get hot and stuffy. There is a fan, though.
- Ioana (8/5): Very good -
- Dylan (7/5): Good -
- Clara (7/5): Good -
- Li (3/5): Not good - The house is quite clean We needed to check in by ourselves. Under the guidance of the landlord, we found the box where the key was kept. However, we couldn't open the box after entering the password, so we asked the landlord for help. However, the landlord kept telling us to focus and it could be opened. We really had no choice but to seek help from strangers. We tried again and again, and finally a passerby spent 20 minutes to help us open the box where the key was kept. The landlord kept emphasizing that it was my problem and the box was fine, but there was obviously something wrong with the button of the box, and we couldn't pull it at all. Even after asking for help from others, it took a long time to open it.
The room is stuffy and not ventilated at all. The room is stuffy and not ventilated at all. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
- Margit (7/5): Good -
- Leah (2/5): Uncomfortable - Great location. Supermarket at front door. Unortunately rubbish bins were left in the room upon our arrival. Very basic and dark accommodation. No ventilation in the room, as no direct access to a window. Paper thin walls.
- Tomás (7/5): Simple cozy studio in Innsbruck. - The self check-in is always a plus for me, the process could have been a bit easier since it was raining and it was a bit hard to take the key out. The studio is cozy and well located in a main street close to a supermarket and cafes. The third bed is a really hard sofa bed with no mattress.
- Roman (7/5): Good - - the apartment is not far from railway station
- the supermarket and public transport stops are close by
- there is everything on the kitchen, so you can cook - not comfortable pillows
- the apartment smells very much of cigarette smoke. most likely, one of the neighbors smokes in the kitchen hood and the smell comes through the ventilation
- Fredrik (1/5): Awful - Awful property, rude owner Everything
- Amin (5/5): Passable -
- Yash (9/5): Superb -
- Murtadha (6/5): not bad if you don't mind basic quality stay. - location is good, quality of furniture is basic, no hair dryer, no ironing machine,
- Lukas (8/5): Very good - The appartment was propper and had everything as described. The kitchen seemed properly equipped. The architecture is somewhat strange: the bathroom mirror was hung for people of at least 2m height. There were no blinds or similar to block out light.
- Kateryna (7/5): Good -
- Radhika (8/5): Very good -
- Petr (4/5): OK if you are two and want just a place where to sleep. The extra bed and "window" is a bad joke. - Near downtown - but silent area. The flat was well equipped and clean, communication with the owner perfect. We were three - but the extra bed for third person was absolutely uncomfortable with no mattress and our son had his back painful from the iron construction so he couldn't sleep. No real window with no real curtains - so no real daylight during the day and no real darkness in early morning when you want to sleep. For these reasons we didn't like it and we find it overpriced.
- Mark (7/5): Good - Appliances need instructions.
Not actually in the city centre, but does have access to public transport.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
