Kediaman Lantai bilik tidak bersih, berhabuk bergumpal habuk dekat lantai..rambut banyak dekat lantai terutama area bilik air..banyak sangat..dinding washroom tidak bersih masuk kediaman tidak fresh, berbau..bersemut sampai naik meja makan.

- Paloma Ruiz García (8/5): Para estar 2 noches perfecto. - El apartamento era grande y tenía dos baños y dos habitaciones. Muy luminoso y bien equipado. Solo te dan una llave para 4 personas , y la necesitas para subir y bajar en el ascensor. Te condiciona a tener que ir casi siempre en grupo.

- Rishibaraj (1/5): I stayed here 3yrs ago. Unfortunately due to the customer demographic, the place is disgusting. - It was a big room. Facilities were not maintained. Curtains were stained and dirty. Fixtures were broken. Lifts took forever.

- Jennifer (8/5): We would return again because of the value for money. - We liked the location, the comfort, the skyline view. Also access to an infinity pool and restaurant a big positive. There were a couple of maintenance issues-the tv didn’t work and the shower wasn’t attached to the wall properly and obviously hadn’t been for awhile as it was a bit rusted.

- Mohd (3/5): Poor - Nice view and big room we can't stay with another family cause not follow rules as booking person quantity and extra charge for this.

Staff tried to cancel my booking even though I didn’t reply to their WhatsApp on the day as I was flying. Cockroaches in the bathroom, all the cupboards were bare - could have kitchen supplies and or some games
- Schuyler (6/5): Overall would prefer to stay somewhere else as it felt dodgy - Amazing views from the room and rooftop area, very spacious room. It was very unorganised when trying to check in, man who checked us in brought us upto our room and just walked into our room with us and sat down on our couch which made us feel uncomfortable. There were ants all over the table and a tail of them on the ground. Also no direction as to how to ask for extra amenities like toilet paper, towels etc
