• Jose (1/5): Charged for Two Nights Despite Not Staying – Unfair Refund Policy! and disappointing property - A dirty kitchen with unwashed dishes and food waste on the floor. Toilets that were not cleaned, with mold inside the shower. A strong unpleasant odor in the room, along with plastic waste under the bed. An overall environment that did not feel safe or suitable, very disappointing they charged me for two nights even though I did not stay there. I reached out for further clarification, but the response was unhelpful and lacked customer consideration. A fair resolution, such as a refund or credit, was not offered, which reflects poor customer service and a lack of flexibility. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking with this hotel, as their policies appear to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and customer-friendly experience.

• Yvette (1/5): Not worth $80 a night, NO HOT WATER - Location was close to train station There was no hot water, couldn’t have a hot shower, toilets didnt flush every time, the mattress is just a foam mattress, we were booked in for three nights, ended up leaving after two, contacted the owner for a refund for the last night, no response, so went through Booking.com and got a refund for the last night.
• Kim (5/5): Great location; unhygienic bathroom due to lack of regular cleaning. - Great location, very close to Merrylands Park and train station. Large kitchen area. We stayed two nights and during that time, the second floor bathroom wasn't cleaned. I know this because the bath had dirt in it and the same damp, smelly bathmat was on the floor the entire time we were there. This is quite disgusting considering there were 10 people using these facilities. Also, the upstairs toilet was extremely slow in refilling with water to flush (it took approximately 20 minutes to fully refill), so it couldn't be flushed if used soon after someone else.
