• Montanna (7/5): loved the location, beautiful view. apartment could have been cleaner, and photos on the listing do not match what is in - very conveniently located the furniture and decor shown in the photos does not match what is actually in the apartment. could have been much cleaner.
• Hannah (9/5): Amazing and would book again if we’re back in Melbourne. This place definitely gives more than what we paid for ☺️ - We really enjoyed our stay on the apartment!! It has an amazing view and all amenities needed were easily accessible. Retrieving the key wasn’t hard at all either as it is around the corner. If we had issues or concerns, communication with our host was quick and easy. Our entire stay in general was very comfortable and great 😊

Problem with flooring and 2 leaking showers raised by property owner just before our stay made us feel a bit uncomfortable and concerned about being held responsible for any damage which was not our fault. Contacted booking.com who confirmed it was property owners responsibility.

• Matthew (9/5): - Beds were very comfortable. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. The view from the deck over the river is awesome 👌🏻 Comfortable and quiet location! It was all pretty good....Couch is a bit outdated and some floor boards need replacing but other than that it was nice.

• Fry (6/5): It was good. - Apartment was comfortable and relatively clean. Location was good in terms of Uber access etc. Not the host or the buildings fault but the building does have numerous other short stay apartments and one apartment decided to have an all night party. Building management unable to do anything about the noise and the police also could not do anything. The security officer was very kind and tried his best to ask the guests to help quiet. Our host was great and did everything they could to ensure the following nights stay was quiet. Ruined that nights sleep and made our following day very slow and unable to do everything we wanted to do. Disappointed a group of 20 were able to check in.

• Gayatri (8/5): Great comfortable stay! Close to everything. Good host! Host thought of all the necessary supplies. - Check in information was sent in a timely manner. The accommodation itself was great. However the details were not very descriptive as we struggled to figure out the parking situation given the directions. Also there are two towers north and south and dedicated doors to exit from the parking garage. We would have appreciated better directions to parking and how to exit and the general orientation of how the two towers were organized and where we were situated. Parking information. There are two towers. and dedicated exit doors from the parking garage based on your apartment whether north or south and the fob works only on specific doors based on the location of the tower. specific directions to parking were not clear.

• Katie (10/5): Absolutely amazing, will stay here again - The apartment was clean, location was perfect and the price was brilliant Wasn't sure where to put the rubbish as there were no large bins in the parking areas
• Steve (7/5): Overall at great spot to stay. - The view from the balcony You will need to collect a key from a local shop. The instructions don’t mention that there are 2 towers. So we had problems trying to access the lift as the apartment was in the back tower. The apartment was advertised as 3 beds but it was 2 beds and a couch (not a sofa bed)
• Cheri (10/5): It was perfect, location, everything. The views were beautiful. - Everything, beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean. We cooked one night and had salt and pepper and a few other spices, and oil, paper towel. It was awesome!! Super close to woolies.

• Stephen (9/5): Great location, beautiful apartment with view, very comfortable home away from home - The convenience store to pick up the key was closed when we arrived. It did open but then the lock box was hard to figure out. We were able to get help with it. Bryan was great giving instructions and communicating with us. Getting key to lock box was dependent on the convenience store hours and they were closed when we got there and when we needed to leave. We needed more towels, pillows and extra sheets, in room for our family member using sofa bed. Bryan did get these for us straight away and was very nice but it would have been easier to just have them in the room.

• Dominic (10/5): AMAZING PLACE. Room with a view - Place was not like a hotel. It was like a home. Everything that was provided added to the charm of the place. I have stayed in the building on other occasions. This was the best so far. Well I would like too get this property whenever I stay in Melbourne CBD. Just little things provided, for example snacks, large pump bottles of Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Not those tiny bottles you get in Motels. Comunicatioin from the host, instuctions on how to get the keys and internet password was fantastic. Great service and stay. Perfect for a short or long stay. Nothing

Apartment had everything we needed and Bryan communicated very promptly and efficiently. We will definitely love to stay again. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Getting the key from supermarket wall a little confusing/awkward as the supermarket was busy. Keylock behind entrance door of shop.
• Grant (3/5): I would not recommend this accommodation. The only thing that worked well was the payment. - The location is amazing but unfortunately not the apartment. No instructions for access. We battled for nearly two hours trying to find out how to get in. I had repeatedly asked for linen to be provided for the sofa bed. No linen was provided. The bathrooms floors were not clean. There was hair and debris which was not from us. Old linen was thrown into the wardrobes, not sure if it was clean. Linen was very threadbare..
• Anthony (6/5): Good unit, furniture needs updating and area is very quiet - Collecting the Keys was ok, I didn't have the actual room number, so I have to rest the keys on locks. There was no breakfast for this room, we walked around one morning to find somewhere to eat breakfast and there was nothing around the area. The location is very quiet and bot many places to eat. We got in at around 8:45pm and walked around and everything was shut. Even the Pub was closing. The view from the room was great though and it was easy to catch the tram out the front. The furniture was a little dated and the couch was not very comfortable, and the bed mattresses were way too soft and not comfortable, the pillows were very thin also. I would suggest the linen and towels get updated, its cosmetic but it all makes a difference.

• Deric (9/5): Overall, me and my family loves the place. If we were to visit Melbourne again, this unit will still be our first choice - The property located at the fringe of Melbourne CBD, which is so accessible to shopping centres, restaurants and attractions. And the tram station is just about 100M away from the property, which makes it so convenient and friendly for travellers (especially those with kids). What more it’s within the free tram zone. Me and my family love the scenery from the balcony and both bedrooms, as unit faces Yarra River. Only comment about this will be around the key arrangement for check in and check out and the entry to carpark. Can be a bit confusing for first time traveler to Melbourne.

• Laura (10/5): Very comfortable, clean and great location. - Amazing, central location with a glorious view of the marina from the balcony and a free tram stop outside the building. Very comfortable and clean with consumables included such as detergent, coffee pods, etc. Also, love the hidden mini dishwasher. Rooms and bathrooms were a decent size with balcony access from the first bedroom. We used the pull out sofa as a day bed. Check-in instructions are very detailed and easy to follow and car park was a bonus. There were no instructions to access the wifi, but I put this down to being new to booking.com. It took us a day to find the router, hint: it’s in the closet of the second bedroom behind a concealed panel. The dryer is very loud and the mismatched cutlery/crockery and ikea bed need replacing, then it would be perfect.
