Matthew (8/5): A spacious, well-appointed Santa Monica apartment with an impressive rooftop setup — just be prepared for the occasional - Sapphire Nest is a fantastic find for anyone wanting more space and a home-away-from-home feel in Santa Monica. The apartment is comfortable and well-appointed, and having Trader Joe’s literally downstairs is a genuinely useful bonus. The rooftop is the real highlight — pool, gym, and sauna all in one spot, which is pretty rare. The location delivers: the pier, beach, and 3rd Street Promenade are all an easy walk away. The only real downside is noise from the tram — it’s noticeable enough to mention, especially if you’re a light sleeper or hoping for peaceful mornings on the rooftop. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but worth knowing before you book.
