- Simone (10/5): Loved out little home away from home for three night, right in the heart of the old town. - Was our little oasis home away from home. Really appreciated the supplies of staples, to be able to use the full kitchen/cook at home. We love a loft space! Was so fantastic to be right in the heart of the old town, and make the most of getting out and about early in the morning and in the evenings, when the streets were quieter. A little dusty; given the amount of furniture, kitchen equipment/bottles etc, and the open stone walls, is a little hard to have everything 'hotel' clean; having said that, we loved the homely feel, and loved being able to pack a picnic/make a meal and have everything we needed.
- David (10/5): - Very spacious, beds were comfy and exactly what we expected..... what was not expected was the restaurant behind the apartment.... opened the windows and all the wonderful smells filled the apartment along with the chattering of the patrons....the smells were delicious. our host Aida was fabulous! She noticed it was my sister's birthday and left a little surprise by the door during our visit....We loved everything about this place. There was nothing we disliked...
- Dee (9/5): Ideal apartment for short break with lots of extras to make the stay comfy - Ideal location ! Great apartment
Was a bit nervous about the bedroom floor but was fine when we got used to it
- Tomasz (10/5): - Dobre przyjecie. Staly kontakt z wlascicielem.
Swietna lokalizaxja, duza przestrzen, przytulny ,klimatyczny apartament
- Cameron (9/5): - Location was perfect and directly in the center of the town!
- Thomas (10/5): - Spacious, good location
- Robert (9/5): Comfortable and easily accessible in the Old Town. The host Aida was very helpful! - Location within the Old Town, with most things within walking distance.
The host provided a bottle of wine for our enjoyment, which was a nice gesture. Apartment was to our satisfaction.

- Tay (9/5): Highly recommended for those who is looking for accommodation in the old town. - Good location within the old town and is safe & quiet.
The house was spacious & clean with a fully equipped kitchen.
- Karina (10/5): Great location, good size apartment and very helpful host. - Had everything you could possibly need and in a great location. nothing
- Richard (8/5): Great location and a comfortable apartment. - Great location. Very comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided. Check-in
was smooth. We had a great stay. The lack of a barrier (wall) by the bed was a bit disturbing but I still slept well!
- Veronica (10/5): A comfortable apartment in perfect location. - The place was very comfortable and had all we needed for our one night stay. The location was perfect to explore the Old Town and surrounds. Aida, the host was a great communicator.
- Beverley (8/5): A great place to stay - Central, easy to get to from Pile gate. Very quiet inside. Lots of amenities inside.
- Cleo (7/5): - Great location, had all amenities that are needed

- Penny007 (10/5): Stunning apartment within city walls, perfect for exploring Dubrovnik old town. - Fabulous location & beautiful well-appointed apartment with everything required for a comfortable stay. Helpful and generous host who assisted entry by meeting me and showing me the apartment. Nothing comes to mind.
- Paco Elzaurdia (10/5): - La ubicación inmejorable Lamentablemente para nuestra edad las escaleras son dos pisos altos y las maletas pesaban mucho.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (8/5): Great location and comfortable. - Location was fabulous. A quirky old place. The upstairs sleeping space / alcove was quite warm with a low ceiling and no banister. There was lots of stuff in the property. This wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some others. Also, be prepared for lots of stairs to the apartment if you have heavy luggage.
- Isabella (7/5): Great location, needs a deep clean - The location is BEYOND spectacular, only a couple hundred metres into old town through Pile gate, no stairs to the building, and only two floors up to the apartment.
The apartment has everything you need, from spices, to cooking utensils, to laundry machine and dishwasher.
Check-in was arranged easily, although we didn't get to meet any staff. We could also check out an hour later without any extra charge. This was very appreciated The apartment was NOT clean. There was some black mold in the fridge door, old food leftovers and "fluff" (probably mold too) inside the dishwasher. Layer of dust in lots of places and even a bit of hair in the shower. The furniture was old and felt worn down and a bit disgusting with spots, and smelled unclean/funky/dusty. Leaving pasta, oil and stuff like that from other guests is fine, but open jars of marmalade etc feels unsanitary.
We blasted the AC on turbo 18 degrees in the night, but none of that cool air could reach the loft so it was still very hot up there. I can't imagine how it will get in high season when the temperature outside gets even higher.

Ensures maximum cleanliness and safety.

- Marimjx (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality, Thoughtful Touches, and a Perfect Location in Dubrovnik - My stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful, and a large part of that was thanks to the incredible hospitality I received. From the moment I arrived late at night, Aida greeted me warmly in person to hand over the keys and explain the check-in process, which made me feel immediately at ease. Throughout my two-week stay, she checked in occasionally to ensure everything was going well and to remind me that she was just a message away if I needed anything. It was so reassuring to know that someone genuinely cared about my comfort.
The host also went above and beyond with thoughtful, personalized touches that truly made my stay special. For instance, I was delighted to find a guidebook with a map in my native language waiting for me in the room—such attention to detail made all the difference. Little things like this show how much they care about their guests and aim to make their experience smooth and enjoyable.
As for the accommodation itself, the location couldn't have been better. It’s just a few minutes' walk to the Pile Gate of Old Town Dubrovnik, and the lack of stairs to reach the building was a blessing. Also, the room was only two flights up, which is a rare find within the walled city! The space was a lovely blend of modern amenities and subtle nods to the long, rich history of Dubrovnik and the local family who owns the property. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Whether you're staying for a few days or a couple of weeks like I did, the combination of exceptional hospitality, thoughtful details, and an unbeatable location makes this a standout choice.
- David (10/5): Homely apartment with real character - We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designed, maximising the available space while showcasing the amazing walls.
It felt homely from the moment we entered and we appreciated all the extra facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, aircon, access to beach towels). It's also super quiet, especially once the nearby restaurants have closed down for the evening.
Location-wise, the apartment is right in the heart of the old town, which puts you a couple of minutes walk away from the port, museums and Pile gate (for bus tours). As someone who gets giddy looking over the edge of any sort of drop, it's worth mentioning that there's nothing in place to prevent falling from the mezzanine floor. On the plus side, it's very easy to pass things between the lounge area and the mezzanine...
- Dominic (9/5): Great! - Apartment is spacious with a living area, washing machine and kitchen with appliances. Bedroom is in an upper area that hangs over the living room and the bed was comfortable. There are some great restaurants and wine bars very close by. The host met us and explained everything before leaving us with our complimentary bottle of Croatian wine! Situated in the old town it is a great area for viewing the city walls and engaging in activities near the ocean (if weather permits). No real downside. The area is a bit expensive and some locals can be a bit unfriendly, but this is an inevitable impact of the heavy tourism the area receives (which we are all contributing to).
- Chloe (10/5): Great spot, in old town, lots of room for 3 people. - Great location in old town, space feels very homely.
- Nadereh (10/5): Exceptional - Location was the best, very convenient to get around and see the old city. Close to Pile gate when we had to carry our luggage. We could see the city walls from our kitchen window. Place was roomy, plenty of space to sit, cook, rest and sleep. Kitchen had everything we needed, and lots of extra stuff. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and it was quite at night. There was an extra room to hang our washing. Overall it made our stay much enjoyable. We liked the place.
- Ros (9/5): Precious time in an intimate space - Beautiful space
- Marie (8/5): Delightful and unique stay in a charming apartment in the epicenter of Dubrovnik, at a good price. - The facilities and location. It was a little dirty and shower didn't work completely but both of these are negligible and didn't impact upon our overall experience.
- Andilla (9/5): Very happy❤️ - The property is in central location in the old town where we were able to go back to the apartment to get some rest after 2 hours walking around under the super hot weather. Aida was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and very nice as described. The kitchen had everything we wanted for a two night stay. The AC was working well. The property is a mezzanine type with 2 beds upstairs. You need to go down to use the toilet.
- Natali (9/5): Superb -
- Alexander (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pasquale (10/5): I’m very happy with the choice. - The apartment was very nice, with good design and close to the city center.
Aida was very kindly. I suggest booking.
- Gabrielle (8/5): Very good - Loved the lication. Close to everything and restaurants right outside the door. Inside was cool with ancient stone and everything you need in a kitchen. AC worked well. Aida left us a bottle wine and was sweet enough to let us leave our luggage in the hallway after checkout. It was advertised as two bedroom but only two beds on a loft. Due to the lack of safety railings on the loft and slanted ceiling i would not recommend children or elderly stay there. The beds were extremely uncomfortable causing painful back. Like others said, there are two floors of steps but we didn't mind.
- Meghan (9/5): Great apartment in unbelievable location. Highly recommend. - The location was perfect - in the heart of the old town, but still very quiet. The apartment itself was very cute, comfortable and well-stocked. I highly recommend this apartment. The beds are in a loft, which unfortunately got quite warm. However, the unit has AC and there was a fan which helped keep me comfortable despite the heat.
- Silvia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rina (10/5): Friendly and cute apartment - Very friendly host and easy to contact via WhatsApp. So clean and cute room as pictures Hot water is running short in a bathroom
- Steven (10/5): Character, charm and location. - Great location in the old town, Aida was good to work with. The apartment had all the amenities you’d need, clean, safe and relatively quiet. Plenty of steps to climb to get in, but you’d expect this staying in the old town.
