• Valentina (10/5): Препоръчвам! - Търсих място за настаняване без лошо и ниски оценки и го намерих! Нямаше изненади. Настанихме се в апартамента както е представен на снимките и в описанието. Сградата и общите части са чисти. Не сме ползвали паркомястото. Ползвахме градски транспорт. От картите се вижда колко са удобни спирките, наблизо има магазини. Има посуда за четирима. Има съдомиялна и таблетки. Има прахосмукачка. Има кафеварка, кана за топла вода и тостер. Нямам проблеми с липсата на аксесоари в обзавеждането, килимчета, картини и непотребни вази едва ли ще отговарят на всеки вкус. В банята има вана и завеса, но е невъзможно пода да остане сух. На пода няма сифон в банята и водата оставаше на пода. Чакахме да изсъхне някакси от самосебе си. Но това вече е построено и няма как да се промени. Има голяма тераса, но няма маса и столове, за да се използва. Прозорците са само с едно плътно перде и ако го отвесим сме на показ. Може да се предвидят щори и/или тънки завеси.

• Stefanie (8/5): Wien Tour - Check in ganz ohne Probleme und Putz dame sehr freundlich. Es war alles sauber und schon WC Papier da. Sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Nur Vorhänge kein Rolladen. Die Terrassen Türe gehört eingestellt (zieht).

• Melita (10/5): - The apartment is excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is clean. Public transport is nearby and everything is very well connected. There is also a pizzeria and a bakery just across the street from the building. The garage was important to us as well, since we were coming back from skiing with all our equipment. The apartment is sunny and warm. The beds are comfortable and the internet is good. We would choose this apartment again.
• CATALINA MARINELA (10/5): Perfect - The apartment’s location relative to the city center is perfect, and its amenities made us feel very comfortable. We used our personal car, and our tourist attractions were 10–15 minutes away. We found the private parking provided by the apartment to be ideal.

Preluarea cheilor s-a facut fara contact cu gazda, prin comunicare facila si clara, Zona este aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun in orice directie si in apropiere sunt atat magazine cat si o pizzerie, o patiserie cu produse delicioase, o gelaterie Un cuptor cu microunde ar fi fost util la bucătărie

• Boldizsár (10/5): Nagyon ajanlom a szallast, kellemes tiszta es gyorsan be lehet jutni a belvarosba! - Kornyek csendes, nagyobb aruhazak 3-5 perc setara vannak. Metro, villamos, buszok szinten 5-10perc setara vannak! Sajat parkolohely nagyon elonyos :) A lakas tiszta, rendezett, kenyelmes!

• Matthias (9/5): Schöne Wohnung mit Parkplatz und Fahrradraum - Schöne zentrale Wohnung inkl TG Parkplatz und Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit für Ebikes. Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Kontaktlos mit hinterlegtem Schlüssel. Pkw kann sicher untergestellt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig entfernt. Das Potential der Wohnung ist noch längst nicht ausgeschöpft. Einrichtung eher funktional. Bisschen Deko, Möbel auf dem Balkon und vollständige Küchenutensilien würden das Angebot abrunden.

• Dragan (7/5): Good - The apartment is in a newer building. We announced our arrival at the accommodation between 9pm and 10 pm. We arrived at the accommodation after 10 pm and it was not ready. There was no bedding, the beds were not made, only two towels and it was booked for 4 people. After sending a message to the owner that the apartment was not ready, a person came 15 minutes later and brought towels, bedding and made the beds. Due to the aforementioned omission that the apartment was not ready to receive guests, the owner did not even find it appropriate to say sorry. I do not know if I would recommend it to others. I booked the apartment based on other comments, but such omissions when you report that you are arriving very late and the apartment is not ready is very bad and unprofessional

• Marijana (10/5): Amazing time at the spacious appartment - We loved this place. It was so quiet, comfortable and spacious for a familly of 3. There is one queen bed and one sofa that can also sleep two people in the living room that was confortable enough for a good sleep. The place was clean and warm with a lot of storage space for the clothes. The barhroom and the toilete are separate, which is a useful feature. The bathroom is really generouse in size. The appartment overlooks the inner yard, the football court and the big street by the canal, but the isolation is so good that you can't hear the trafic when the windows are closed. The garage option is perfect for Vienna, and it is well connected with all parts of the city, having a neerest station at about 100m. The other ones are about 5-15 minutes walk, like the U4 which is across the Danube channel and it is a nice walk. There is a bakary across the street and a lot of stores about 5-10 minutes walk. The kitchen is new and has a big refigirator, Nesspreso coffee machine, boiler, toster, stove and oven. What we lacked was a good pen for cooking and some cloths. The communicatiin with the host was really clear, precise, with smooth selfcheckin details. The host also contacted us during the stay to offer the change of linens and towels. We had a lovely time and felt like home, so I won't add the I don't like part. I will agree with the rest of the comments that some details in decor and logistics would make this place absolutely perfect. But it is certainly a great option and value for money! • Kamila.koryc (9/5): Great stay, we will come back! - Location very good, nearby public transport. Calm quiet place. Unfortunately we heard first night noise from neighboring flat. Pillows in the main bed were very uncomfortable but this is very small point against what this accomodation offers.

• Brusnjai (8/5): Met my expectations - Comfortable beds, quiet area, cleanliness, private free underground parking, instructions from the host were clear, apartment is oriented to the garden so no traffic noise, also the windows have very good sound isolation. Toilet is not in the bathroom, lacking basic stuff like there is nowhere to hang the toilet paper, no mirror in the toilet, the terrace is really nice and big but unfortunately empty, so you cannot use it to rest and enjoy the nice surrounding.

• Nikolaus (8/5): Very good - Beds are comfortable, Bathroom has a nice size. Everything was new and very clean, a car park was included! Sterile like a clinic. No personal touches. This apartment is fine but it needs some touch up to make it more cosy.

The place is located in a quiet but well communicated neighbourhood with Billa market next to it. You can cook inside because owner manage to have well-equipped kitchen.

The area is nice, there is a Billa close by and bistros where you can buy diner and lunch. The apartemnt was very clean, the bed very confortable, the sofa was ok. It also has a dishwasher and that was nice, we didn`t wast time to do the disches. A second toillet whould have been nice
