• Alan (7/5): Decent and cozy but why the bait and switch? - The property on Peter was good but the issue is I booked the one on Front. Did not appreciate the bait and switch. That said the Peter was fine. Gym was poor Farther from downtown/Union/PATH. Gym was terrible.

• Jayne (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in Toronto. - We booked this place because it was the perfect location for what we were doing. The staff were very friendly and responsive. It was a little small for 2 of us. Good for a night.

Eramos 6 pessoas e ficamos muito bem acomodados. camas confortaveis, chuveiros excelentes. check in facil. vista espetacular. fizemos tudo a pe. tem tudo perto. mercado, restaurantes. amamos. Apartamento muito bem equipado, com cozinha completa e maquinas de lavar e secar roupas. Não diminui em nada nossa satisfacao, mas o segundo quarto era um pouco frio. Nao atrapalhou, porque as cobertas eram mais que suficientes.
• Marianne (9/5): Overall, a fantastic location with excellent views, but some practical aspects could be improved to - We had a lovely stay at Rivetstays in Toronto. The setting is outstanding — you truly cannot beat the location or the views of downtown, the CN Tower, and the aquarium. The apartment was very clean, and the bedding and towels were new and good quality, which we really appreciated. The management agent was also very friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. A few areas could be improved. The lifts in the building are a major challenge; at times we waited up to 20 minutes, and using the stairs is not always possible as some floors are locked. In addition, the furniture and kitchen items need an upgrade. As a family who enjoys cooking, we found the kitchen poorly equipped for a family of five, and the cutlery felt very basic and low quality.
• Adeeba (7/5): Great location and space close to CN tower and aquarium, clean spacious and more comfortable than a hotel. - The location was great we could walk to most downtown attractions. The space was pretty clean and spacious great for a family with kids. The FOB didn’t give us access to rec floor and parking garage even though I paid additional for parking I had to buzz to enter each time. Floors could have been a bit cleaner and room wasn’t ready to check in at 4pm.
• GULAM MOHAMED (10/5): Great location ! - The location is excellent opposite to CN tower and the railways statuon is also a 15mins walk away. It’s a residential building, difficult to find Halal food nearby
• Mehdi (4/5): Enttäuschend Für den Preis - Die Lage des Apartments war sehr gut: zentral in Downtown, sicher und mit vielen Geschäften, Cafés und Verbindungen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber, und es waren praktische Dinge vorhanden wie Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeepulver, Toaster und grundlegende Ausstattung – das haben wir geschätzt. Für den Preis hätten wir allerdings genau diese Qualität erwartet, vor allem basierend auf den Bildern im Inserat. Das tatsächliche Apartment war jedoch nicht das gleiche wie auf den Fotos und wirkt insgesamt etwas veraltet. Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Schon am ersten Tag begann das Badezimmer-Waschbecken stark zu gluckern und übel zu riechen. Ab Tag 2 lief das Wasser gar nicht mehr ab, und nach Nutzung der Spülmaschine kam am 3. Tag sogar Schmutzwasser hoch. Das Badezimmer war damit praktisch unbrauchbar. Die erste „Reparatur“ erfolgte erst am 5. Tag und brachte keine Lösung. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren und hielt die Wohnung konstant über 25 °C, sodass wir nachts nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten – bei starkem Lärm. Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht dem Inserat: anderes Gebäude, schlechtere Ausstattung, niedrigere Qualität. Der Check-in war besonders unangenehm: Die auf Booking angegebene Adresse war falsch. Nach einem langen Flug und mit Kind und Gepäck wurden wir zweimal von der Rezeption ins falsche Gebäude bzw. zu falschen Etagen geschickt. Erst ein anderer Mitarbeiter bemerkte den Fehler und erklärte uns, dass das Apartment im Gebäude gegenüber der Straße liegt. Keine Entschuldigung – nach dieser Anstrengung äußerst frustrierend. Bei Ankunft gab es zudem ein Loch in der Wand und einen beschädigten Bilderrahmen. Trotz klarer Mängel wurde unsere Rückerstattung abgelehnt, und man versuchte uns fälschlicherweise die Verantwortung für die Verstopfung zuzuschieben – obwohl die Probleme bereits ab Tag 1 bestanden.

• Vallejo (4/5): El departamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado pero falta mejorar la limpieza. - La ubicación es excelente. El edificio es un poco viejo pero las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado. Aparentemente se ve limpio pero al momento de acostarme note que las almohadas olían muy mal, aunque les cambié las fundas disminuyó un poco pero permaneció el mal olor. También encontramos un plato dentro de la alacena que estaba sucio.

• Emily (8/5): This is the ideal location for your next Blue Jays game! - The location is absolutely perfect for Blue Jays games- the building is right across the street! We were able to walk from Union station and walk to the game, requiring no additional transportation! Minor bump in the road at the beginning of our stay- The cleaner was there until 5pm when we checked in at 4 pm and left for the game at 530. We had indicated a 4pm check in time on 2 separate forms prior to our arrival and we were pretty disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the space while the cleaner finished up. The hosts waived our late check- out fee, which we considered to be a fair resolution.

• Brian (9/5): Superb - I had a fantastic stay in this condo unit! It was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The building had great amenities, and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
