• Busia (10/5): - La camera è perfetta, pulita e ed i letti erano molto comodi. L’host gentilissimo e la posizione perfetta per raggiungere il palazzo dello sport per i concerti e anche la stazione. Anche il bagno pulitissimo e la doccia spaziosa. Anche la cucina era ben attrezzata. L’unica cosa da sistemare è il soffione della doccia che non funzionava benissimo.

• maria vincenza (7/5): - La struttura ricettiva è molto vicina alla stazione Laurentina della Metro B, dunque, molto facile da raggiungere. Inoltre, si trova ad una distanza dal Palazo dello sport dell'Eur. La nostra stanza aveva una dimensione adeguata e il bagno, con finestra, era tutto nuovo; inoltre, era tutto ben pulito. Nel corridoio, c'era anche una macchinetta per potersi fare un espresso prima di uscire. Essendo la struttura ricavata da un appartamento, le stanze, un pò datate, davano tutte su un corridoio comune e questo non garantiva silenzio e sufficiente privacy. Il prezzo, a mio parere, un pò alto per la qualità della struttura.

• Guest (2/5): Troppo costoso per quello che viene offerto - La struttura è vicino alla metro, quindi è semplice raggiungerla anche a piedi Non è né un hotel, né un b&b. è una camera di una casa affittata ad un prezzo troppo alto per quello che viene offerto. Ogni persona che passa sul corridoio la si sente chiaramente a qualsiasi ora e i "servizi offerti" sono una macchinetta del caffè, un lavandino, una friggitrice ad aria ed un frigo, tutte in una stanza (tra l'altro anche piccola) comune con gli altri ospiti.

• Denes (10/5): Kind host, good location - The host was very kind, helpful and responsive. They offered transport from and to the Airport for a reasonable price. The location is so good, only 200 meters from the Metro Station. Very good pizzeria, gelateria and bar is close to the apartment.

The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay i.e. coffee machine, kettle and refrigerator. It was very easy to contact the hosts via WhatsUp. The flat is very close to the metro station. We took advantage of the airport pick-up and drop-off which was very convenient. On the way, the hosts also showed us the place where our meetings were held, which made it easy to get there the next day.

The room was everything I expected and suited my stay, so nothing I didn’t like. If I had to pick something maybe the shower water pressure was not the strongest I have experienced.

• Kristina (9/5): Superb - The place is in a nice calm area, but it is still close to the metro. The apartment is clean and tidy. Very comfortable mattress and pilows. Nice complimentary breakfast snacks and kitchen appliances for priper cooking if desired. A super friendly host.
