• Vitaly (7/5): - The location, the views Two beds don’t fit such a small apartment (shouldn’t be offered to more than two people), uncomfortable use of oven and washing machine as they are too close to the bed, no detergent for the washing machine, AC is too loud.
• Calogero (9/5): Tutto bene. - La vista è fantastica e c’è anche un bel terrazzino! L’appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che può servire in casa. È molto pulito ed accogliente. L’appuntamento è piccolo. Va bene per due persone.
• Melissa (8/5): Vue impressionnante - La vue est à couper le souffle. L’emplacement est idéal , près de la tour du CN et du Rogers stadium. L’appartement était propre avec tout le nécessaire. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Le stationnement était un peu difficile à comprendre, mais on s’est stationné en face de la tour pour 15$ par jour. L’entrée intérieur du building nécessite un très bon ménage , c’était sale. Il y a bcp de gens qui loue donc toujours achalandé. Le concierge pas très impliqué dans son emploi.
• Vadim (8/5): - The property is centrally located, providing convenient access to nearly everything. The accommodations were clean and thoroughly prepared for our arrival. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine from the host. The refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked with bottled water and juice, which was a pleasant touch. The view from the property was excellent at any time of day, even though we did not spend much time in the room. The host was exceptionally polite, respectful, and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The space felt somewhat small for four guests, particularly once the second bed was set up, as there was limited room to move around. However, the primary concern was parking on the property. We arrived by car and parked on-site, but the parking rules were neither clearly defined nor explained. The concierge was not helpful, repeatedly stating that the parking did not belong to the building and that they were not responsible or did not know the details, which was disappointing. It would be beneficial for the host to inquire in advance if guests will be driving and require use of the parking garage. Providing clear information about parking policies would have been helpful and could have prevented us from receiving two $75 parking tickets while we tried to understand the rules. I hope the host will consider this feedback for future guests, as he was otherwise very understanding.

La superbe vue de la chambre, les équipements, la literie, la propreté, la communication avec le propriétaire (quelle réactivité!), la localisation du logement (pas loin du métro), les petites attentions (bouteilles d'eau, bouteille de prossecco, nécessaire de toilette, petits chocolats...) La pression de l'eau dans la douche, un peu trop forte :D

• Liesbeth (10/5): Nice stay with a view. - It gives you a chance to experience how many people in Toronto live, in one of the many high rises. The place had everything you need. It was tricky to exit the parking garage beneath the building ($24 for 24 hours) and get into the building, but that’s due to lack of directions inside the garage. Convenient that there is parking so close.
• Janet (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location to explore the attractions in Toronto. Walkable to The Distillery District, St Lawrence Market, Yonge St and Waterfront. Apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we need. The host was very responsive and helpful. Easy access. We enjoyed the small balcony in the evening. Everything was great.

• Marianna (9/5): Amazing Views & Comfortable Stay - By far the best attribute of the apartment was the view. Absolutely stunning night and day. Transport was exceptional and very close to main square on foot. I particularly appreciated all the home comforts in the apartment that made it a home-from-home - washer/dryer, kitchen utensils/condiments and every appliance you would need. Even had nice toiletries in the bathroom and nice lights on the balcony. Comms from the owner were fantastic, always there to help and sort out any problems arising. A tiny little factor is the windows/balcony glass hadn't been cleaned, which detracted from the view, but I suspect that is more of a building maintenance issue and nothing the owner can do. Someone else mentioned the neighbourhood. There was evidence of homelessness and other negative factors but I saw that everywhere around the city sadly, even moreso in the main square, so I didn't feel unsafe and there was always lots of people around. And bear in mind staying elsewhere also correlates to higher costs.
• Mb (9/5): Awesome view, great place, fantastic host, tricky area. - The place and the view is fantastic. It's not large, but with 2 50 lbs checkin + 2 cabin + 2 backpacks, the 2 of us were comfy. The lift is fast, and very available (you may want to ask for when the generator test is scheduled to, as the building is prepared for everything). The host is very flexible, approachable, responsive and helpful, even with wifi questions I've got pretty fast responses; more on the formal side. We didn't hear any neighbours in the room next to us or above, which was fantastic. Window insulation is perfect, noise levels in the room are acceptable. Much appreciated the Starbucks next door - but there are other good places in walking distance too. The place is awesome, but the area has seen better days. Drugs & homeless problems are observable when leaving this building in at least 2 different directions.
