Однозначно рекомендую это место и с удовольст - Уже в третий раз приезжаем в эти апартаменты, и в этот раз жили почти полторы недели. Всё прошло замечательно 😊 Очень приветливо встретили хозяева — для детей даже принесли игрушки и встретили нас букетом цветов, что было невероятно приятно и очень тронуло. По любым мелочам всегда быстро помогали: если чего-то не хватало из посуды или бытовых вещей, всё сразу предоставляли. Когда нам понадобилось продлить проживание, но наш номер уже был забронирован, хозяева предложили на выбор два других варианта апартаментов, которые оказались даже лучше предыдущего. Было очень приятно такое внимательное и заботливое отношение. Все понравилось)

• EVGENII (9/5): - Отличное расположение, до башен близнецов идти минут 7. До букит битанга тоже пешком можно дойти. Апартаменты не новые, но всё в рабочем состоянии. Лифты все работают, за год починили. На крыше бассейн с хорошим видом. Интернет хороший.

• Premnath (10/5): Wonderful and homely. - The Host was very friendly even before we before we started our trip from India. Such a wonderful person. The View from the apartment was just awesome, the kids liked the place so much. The infinity pool was an added beauty to the stay.

• martinez gomez (9/5): - The apartment has an incredible location, It's a quiet place, near to restaurants, bars, Petrons towers and public transport. The host was so attentive with all requests. While everything was comfortable, a few areas could benefit from some refreshing or minor upgrades.

• Pablo (1/5): COCKROACH INFESTATIONS - Nothing. Finding another hotel at 3am and finally being able to leave there. In 30 years of booking hotels around the world, this is the worst experience I've ever had. Be very careful with Alexandra, because if you have a problem, she'll avoid helping you. She claims that 15 minutes after arriving at the hotel, I told her the air conditioning remote was broken, but that everything else was fine. When night fell, my nightmare began. Dozens of small cockroaches were coming out everywhere, even crawling up my mattress. They were also on the sofa, next to the second bed. It was impossible to sleep. She offered to let me leave and give me a refund, but it was 2 am and I couldn't go anywhere. She didn't help me with anything else either. I had to ask the security guards in the lobby for insecticide. However, this was useless, because they kept coming out. I went to buy more, but it was no good. She was probably already back home, in her nice bed, and all she did was repeat like a parrot that we'd look into the problem in the morning and that I had told her everything was fine. She is a liar because she says that no one had reported problems of this kind, but reviews about cockroaches appear on Booking and Google. She is unprofessional, and doesn't care about her guests. Be very careful with her. Luckily, I found an available hotel at 3 am and left. I wish I'd never been there. Remember, room 2306 is infested with cockroaches.
• Ilenia (6/5): Insomma - La posizione é comoda, a 20/30 minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e mercati notturni. La piscina inclusa nel prezzo é poco frequentata e quindi molto rilassante. La casa carina, ha tutto il necessario. La proprietaria si é dimostrata disponibile durante il soggiorno. L' ingresso è stato pietoso, ho aspettato 5 ore in reception perché il check in non poteva essere prima delle 3pm, anche se ho visto molta gente entrare prima. A me ha chiesto di pagare una notte in più, e non ho accettato quindi ho aspettato fuori. Le ultime due ore mi ha fatto pagare per tenere i bagagli (nella mia stanza) senza assumersi la responsabilità di eventuali mancanze (mi ha detto di levare cose di valore). All' ingresso la casa era sporca, hanno ricambiato le lenzuola e pulito dove sporco ma ho dovuto aspettare altre due ore (dopo volo notturno). Dopo l'ingresso pietoso però molta disponibilità. Non saprei se consigliarla.

• Sophie (9/5): Excellent - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur This apartment was an absolute win. The location couldn’t have been better—just moments from the iconic Petronas Towers, which made everything feel effortlessly central. The space itself was enormous (a real luxury after smaller city stays) and brilliantly equipped—washing machine, drying space, and all the practical touches you actually need when travelling. It was spotless and clearly well looked after. One of the standout features was the rooftop pool. Watching the sunset from up there, with the city skyline stretching out around you, was genuinely special. Communication with the host/agent was smooth and easy, even with a very late arrival after midnight—they made access completely straightforward, which took all the stress out of it. Bonus points for the little convenience store downstairs—perfect for grabbing essentials without having to venture far. All in all, a spacious, well-run, and brilliantly located base. Would absolutely stay again. It’s a very high rise apartment block , if you’re nervous about heights and lifts this might be an issue for you

До центрального парка, торговых центров, башен-близнецов можно быстро дойти пешком, рядом есть «7/11». Дистанционное заселение, отзывчивая хозяйка, приятные охранники на входе. Все было отлично!

Очень понравилось расположение — до башен Петронас можно дойти пешком буквально за 5–7 минут. В квартире есть всё необходимое не только для короткой остановки, но и для более длительного проживания: посуда, микроволновка, духовка, утюг и другие бытовые вещи. Все понравилось )

• Shiela Mhae (10/5): - I had a great stay at Parkview Residences Apartment in Kuala Lumpur. The room was very big, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent, very accessible and everything is within walking distance. It is close to the mall, the Twin Towers, convenience stores, local restaurants, and even some bars, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The owner was also very nice and responsive, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

• Christopher George (10/5): Excellent place to stay in the heart of KLCC - I looked into several properties including this one. I read through the reviews and it was this property that had reviews from people complimenting the host. Travelling with an elderly requires all travel details to be flawless and stress free. So yes, I chose the property primarily because of the host even if we never met them. She turned out to be exactly what previous guests claimed. She is kind, straightforward and very helpful. Check-in is usually 3pm. We arrived around 1pm. We waited for a good 5 minutes and immediately finished getting the keys, doing the registration at the front desk and going to our room. The Parkview lobby is huge. They play good music. The sofa sets may look a bit dated but they serve customers waiting quite well as good music plays on the background. There are a number of Security Guards at the Gate and at the Lobby. They are all kind and very helpful. Their presence made us feel safe and secured in the building at all times. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Suria KLCC is a walking distance. Perhaps a good 5 to 10 minutes of relaxed walking. McDonald's and 7-Eleven are also nearby. Outside the.property, there are rows and rows of small eateries serving Malaysian food. Oh, we tried their food and they were okay. The eatery owners are kind as well. We did mot expect much from the property. For us, we just needed beds to sleep at and a bathroom to shower. But we were in for a treat. We were assigned at the top floor overlooking most of the area around Suria KLCC. The views are nice in the morning but they look more magical at night. Especailly when you are in bed and just look at the views. The room had a Powder Room and a main toilet. Two nice beds. A supply of towels. Refrigerator was there. A huge one. Microwave oven. There are plates and spoons and forks. A dinner table. The room is so spacious. The decor is simple and straightforward but very practical and served our purposes. For all these, this property is a winner. Nothing.
• Siyuan (9/5): - 地理环境非常好，双子塔步行几分钟就到了，大厅有保安并且需要刷卡进入，非常安全。因为到达时间已经凌晨一点，房间有些不满意房东也没有不耐烦，很快就沟通好给我们换了房间。唯一不足的是房间樟脑丸的味道会比较大，出门之前最好把窗户都打开散散味。但总体来说非常好，房东很热情。

• Milo (9/5): Was good for our purposes - Good staff and hosting procedure, everything was smooth when checking in and returning the deposit. Location is good, 20 mins from Bukit Bintang and 15 from Kampung Baru, both worth a visit. Google tells you these things are further than they really are. Aircon is very good, view nice, bathroom alright. The room itself could be cleaner, needs a makeover/refurb. But it is perfectly fine for budget travellers making a short stay. This was very acceptable to us overall.

Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, die sich wirklich kümmert, war sehr gut. Die Lage des Apartments ist auf allen Buchungs Platformen falsch eingezeichnet. Es ist in den ParkView Service Apartment, und nicht in der Jalan Perak wie eingezeichnet. Die Adresse stimmt, ist aber auf der Karte falsch eingezeichnet. Das ist verwirrend! Das Apartment ist in die Jahre gekommen und sehr schlicht

• Jia Liang (6/5): Great price but.. - Great location Cleanliness is a basic obligation, not a negotiable service add-on. A hotel room is expected to be clean by default, just like a restaurant is expected to serve safe food. Saying “you should have given feedback to change rooms” shifts responsibility from the hotel to the guest, which is unreasonable. Guests are paying for a clean, usable room, not for the opportunity to troubleshoot hygiene issues. The need to complain in order to receive a clean room already means the service has failed. Feedback is meant to improve service quality, not to activate minimum standards. Moreover, cleanliness is not subjective or preference-based. Dust, stains, odors, or unhygienic conditions violate industry standards regardless of whether the guest speaks up. A guest should not have to inspect, negotiate, or escalate just to receive what was promised. Price does not redefine basic standards. Charging a cheaper fee may justify fewer amenities, smaller rooms, but not false advertising. Bed are sunken in too The photos will speak for themselves I hope more people are aware of the truth
