- Craig (8/5): - The location was good and it was tastefully decorated. Nice little courtyard too It was a bit disappointing to pay $40 AUD extra for late check in. As it ended up being a lockbox it shouldn't have cost extra. With that the instructions to get in were filmed from the front but you arrive from the back so in the dark it was also quite confusing. I travel a lot so trust me it wasn't just me being inexperienced

- Sandra (8/5): Super Wohnung um die Stadt zu erkunden (auch Annandale ist sehr hübsch). Und doch kann man die Ruhe des Vororts nach ein - Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Trotzdem ist man mit der Strassenbahn (10 min Walk) oder mit der Fähre (20min Walk) sehr schnell in der Stadt. Eraly Checkin war super unkompliziert möglich. Und auch sonst war der zuständige Concierge sehr hilfsbereit und schnell zur Stelle. Leider hat die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht funktioniert, wird aber laut Vermietung repariert.
- Sara (6/5): Slow responses by property managers - Reasonably well set- up property. It is small so suits people who will spend most of their time outside the flat. The management team wanted to charge a $110 delivery fee and a $40 linen fee when we requested an extra set of linens. The property is advertised as sleeping six but linens were only provided for four. I had requested them ahead of time via email reply to their query but it isn't made clear that you cannot reply all to their email messages but must log into the platform to use their messaging system. Their answers were slow and unhelpful.
We made a last minute booking, two days before check in. We didn't receive concierge/keys/check in details until the morning of our check in date.

Well protected. Very comfortable bed. The foldout lounge was very uncomfortable. Wifi worked well for 1 day then non existent. Could be quite noisy from surrounding units.

Good location.
Clean and comfortable. There are no railings in the bathroom to hang towels

The third party who manage the property requested copies of drivers licences & credit cards through a link which I found very suspicious in light of the warnings posted in the booking App.

Easy self check-in Complicated booking process. The host asked to sign a rental agreement, providing card details for deposit. I wouldn't use Booking so often if it was always like this...
The mattress (at least the one in the room next to the bathroom) was horrible and needs urgent replacement.
Double glazing would make a huge difference

- Michael (7/5): It was a good place, a shame you can’t contact the company. - They wanted me to scan a copy of my drivers licence. With this information anyone can apply for loans or credit cards in my name so I refused. I’m happy to show them but not give them a copy so that when they are inevitably hacked someone can use my data. The problem is that they don’t check the emails you send them and the calls go directly through to a full message bank. So this caused problems with my booking because it’s all automated and no one seems to work there.

They requested $500 Bond which they said would be refunded within 3-4 days of our stay.
Now being told by email "The refund has to undergo bank clearing which may take 5-10 days to reflect on your account".
Exterior of the building and entrance old and run down. Couch was rock hard and very uncomfortable.

- Graham (8/5): Nice little apartment for 7 nights, close to the city and good transport links. Would stay again. - Great location. Very close to the city and light rail just down the road. A nice cafe just around the corner.
The little outside courtyard was a bonus, as was the washing line. Beds were very comfortable.
Great little apartment for 3-4 people, nicely modernised. Kitchen provisioned with necessities, ie salt pepper, tea, coffee. Bathroom had soap, shampoo and body wash. Good laundry facilities (though no powder).
Onsite parking a bonus when we had the car several nights.
The agent (Crystal) was attentive and met us there. No full length mirror, no mirror in main bdrm.
Requires more storage in bathroom, eg basket under cabinet for toilet bags, a towel rail on side of cabinet, another hook on wall/door.
Hairdryer needs replacing - very old, the heat setting doesn't work.
(Simple and inexpensive fixes.)

Condensation built up even with windows open and the amount of black mould present on the bathroom ceiling, bedroom walls and blinds. As someone who has allergies to mould, this place made breathing difficult and had to increase intake of medication just to be able to stay at night. Avoided being in the apartment as much as possible. Uncomfortable couch and beds, TV that requires a login to individual apps to watch (no free to air tv).

- Dana (9/5): Cosy week in a Sydney Apartment ✨️ - My family & I enjoyed our week stay here! What's great is that it comes with free parking. We were also appreciative that basic toiletries like soaps, shampoos, laundry necessities and others were provided. We visited Sydney in the beginning of summer, it was nice to know the property had just installed air-conditioning in the living room. The apartment was extremely cozy! What was even better was the customer service that the MaisonNets Team provided. They were quick to respond to my enquiries and tried their best to accomodate to my needs. Our visit to Sydney felt more authentic staying in a nice cozy little apartment like this. Also, Rozelle Bay train station is about 10 mins walk from here while 6 mins walk would bring you to a waterfront park. Looking forward to staying visiting Australia again and staying with accomodations under this company. Thank you 🙂 Everything was great, except that the hairdryer was a little old!
