- Coral (1/5): Rude staff, couldn’t swing a cat around in the studio ! - Location The pool was shaded most of the day. Would not book with Belle escapes again. When calling their staff member I found her extremely rude and sarcastic ! This studio had no room for clothing to be stored apart from a few coat hangers. This apartment needs a chest of drawers to store underwear etc

- Margaret (8/5): The resort was beautiful. The bed just needs replacing. The topper was very saggy and soft but other - To get the keys was a debacle they told me the place was ready to go in early at 11. I got there at 1:30 to collect the keys from the box they weren’t there and I couldn’t find the lady she was running around trying to get Wi-Fi for us as it wasn’t working in the unit. It was very stressful for about 40 minutes. Not having any contact trying to send messages to your office they told me I could go in early and then they said no after I got there somebody said no and there were no keys in the box very distressing at the time specially for a holiday.

- Hawke (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, across the road from key collection, and small supermarket. Very quiet resort with amazing pool and spa, and lovely view of pool area from the balcony. The whole second night there was no hot water in the unit from any tap, so had to have cold shower and wash hair in cold water. Perhaps there was a plumbing issue in the complex. The hot water was working again the next day.

- Suzanne (3/5): Absolutely not value for money. - The location was great We received so many emails and tests from Belle Property prior to arriving re the instructions and they messed up. The property is getting very tired and it was useless having a communal spa with children and families taking it over.
