Please note before booking, please make sure these requirements suit you, Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to check-in via a secure online form. These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Linda (6/5): It was nice and clean and comfortable - It was clean and comfortable and in a good location. There were renovations going on in a unit above us and at times it was a bit noisy. But they were pulling up paving outside our room and we were woken up at 7.30 to jack hammering which continued all day. Could not sit on patio as too loud and could not hear the TV.

Margaret (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Kitchen tap was wobbly Air conditioner in main living room leaked. The balcony was a little grubby on arrival.
Daniel (10/5): We lived here for a month, everything was perfect. - Amazing location and neighbourhood, all the amenities, spacious and comfortable very well equipped apartment. That you can’t start the sauna from the apartment ;-)
Linda (4/5): The room and location was great but the pool being out of service was a major issue. - The unit is a good size with large balcony. The pool was out of service for half our holiday.
Alistair (9/5): Superb - We loved this apartment, comfortable, sunny and spacious. The view is limited but the advantage of this is that you are sheltered somewhat from the wind. Unfortunately this apartment is managed by a third party who seem to be letting the owners down. When we arrived there were a number of things requiring some attention in the form of maintenance which we felt should have been taken care of before we arrived. We stayed for three weeks and had other issues which the letting agent said they would fix but it didn't happen.
