• M (10/5): - Останах очарована от River's house, започвайки от локацията и удобствата наоколо, през начинът по който е декорирано цялото място, от влизането в сградата, чистотата и уютът на мястото, до отношението на Диди, която е просто съкровище. Въпреки създавалата се неприятна ситуация поради недоразумение с резервацията ми (от страна на Booking), заедно успяхме да намерим решение и да обърнем преживяването в позитивно. Благодарна съм на Диди за отношението, гостоприемството и топлината!

• Maria (9/5): Good city stay - Very good and quiet location, cosy and clean apartment. 5 minutes walk from the subway and 5 minutes travel till the center. A lot of places around to grab the coffee, also very good sushi near by - they bring the order. The area is safe and pleasant. The host is super nice and responsive. The only thing we recommend is to add blinds on windows, there aren't any - so it can be too bright, especially in summer.

• Alexander (10/5): Nice apartment, rural charm AND modern - The place is very nice (attic / 2nd floor), between rural and modern and super well maintained + clean! The pictures actually don't show it: the place seems bigger in reality than on the pictures. The spacious living room / kitchen / dining area is extremely comfortable. My host Didi was very friendly and proactive. You can park your car in front of the garden gate or actually in the garden itself. Just two hints for future travellers: 1) There are no curtains on the windows, so you might wake up with the first rays of sun. But this does not affect my rating, because you can already know this by seeing the pictures. I used a sleeping mask and everything was fine. 2) The open bedroom has actually a low ceiling of around 1,70m, because it's an attic. Be careful with your head.

• Constantin (10/5): - Apartamentul este amenajat cu multă atenție la detalii, arata foarte bine, a fost foarte curat, este situat într-o zonă liniștită , foarte aproape de de stațiile de metrou, tramvai și autobuz, de restaurante, magazine și cofetarii. Gazda este foarte sociabila, comunicativă și atenta la nevoile oaspeților. De menționat este și faptul că posedă un loc de parcare chiar în fața imobilului. La viitoarea călătorie în Sofia cu siguranță vom reveni la această locație .

• Claudia (9/5): Monolocale delizioso - Casa caratteristica, arredata con gusto, pulitissima, con tutti i servizi, TV, lavatrice, forno, fornetto, phon ecc ecc vicino alla metro e con disponibilità di culla con lenzuola e seggiolone. Le ampie finestre che affacciano sui tetti e sul bellissimo giardino ci sono piaciute molto. Come avevo letto nelle recensioni non c erano tende ma a noi non è dispiaciuto, anzi, ci siamo goduti la vista. Un pò scomodo il bagno senza un box doccia e un piatto doccia, inevitabile allagare tutto il bagno e dopo ogni doccia era necessario raccogliere l acqua con un asciugamano.

• hoon (1/5): I don't plan to stay in such a house again. - It was very difficult to find accommodation. I managed to find it with the help of a previous manager. It was uncomfortable because there were no curtains on the windows. Exposed to guests in the surrounding buildings. This is a common inconvenience for former guests. I was told to open the window for indoor ventilation, but small insects came in and I couldn't open it. There is no insect screen to stop the bugs. Crucially, the bed is so uncomfortable. The attic was low, so I hit my head a few times and it was hot. This is also a common disadvantage of former guests. I don't plan to stay in such a house again. But, I appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the homeowner.

• Veselin (6/5): - Добре ремонтирано таванско помещение. Кухненската част е много добре обзаведена и снабдена със всичко необходимо. Дори безплатно кафе е налично. Много чисто и ново. Спалнята е ситуирана в същото помещение като полуетаж от стаята. Дори за деца е много ниско и с усилие може да се предпазите от съприкосновение на главата с тавана. През зимата за да се стопли в кухнята, спалнята е почти необитаема от високата температура. Няма пердета. Мястото определено за паркинг от собственичката беше заето от друг автомобил и се наложи да паркираме пред вратата на гаража на съседа, който на сутринта вдигна скандал, въпреки че рано преместихме автомобила си от там.
• Katarzyna (10/5): We definitely will be coming back to this apartament! - Amazing design of the space, you really can feel like you are at home:) The lighting in the apartment is very well planned, also there are big windows which allow you to use the daylight. There is a private parking place in front of the house, metro station is 5 minute walking distance.

• Daniel (9/5): A very nice and accessible cozy apartment - I loved how accessible it was, right next to a metro station, shops, snacking places. The property is done in style, the bed is comfortable and super cozy. I'd like to see a microwave in the kitchen and also a little less dust but that could also be related to Sofia's smog issues.

Разполага с всичко необходимо и за продължителен престой. Домакинята беше любезна и отзивчива. Ако се почиства по-добре, ще бъде идеално място за настаняване. Хладилникът не беше добре почистен (имаше косми). Банята беше само привидно чиста. Тоалетната чиния беше мръсна, а каналът-запушен. За съжаление го установихме късно вечерта и трябваше сами да почистим. Добре е да се помисли за въможност за закриване на прозореца към горното ниво. Качвайки се по стълбите към леглото, човек е изложен като на витрина.

• Irina (10/5): - Замечательная квартира, все чисто, красиво, есть все необходимое. Расположена на тихой зеленой улице, рядом рынок, метро, магазины. Есть парковка. В квартире хозяйка оставила конфетки детям и бутылку с минеральной водой.Есть кофеварка и кофе. В ванной гель и шампунь. Даже новые тапочки были. В Софии были проездом пару ночей, но получили удовольствие от квартиры.
• Mihaela (10/5): Super - Apartamentul arată exact ca în poze, chiar mai bine. Foarte curat și gazdele amabile. Patul din dormitor nu e pentru persoane xxl, dar pentru noi a fost suficient și o experiență interesantă să dormim cocoțați acolo sus. 🤪 Mașina se poate parca pe stradă în fața porții. Nu au fost probleme. Exteriorul nu e îngrijit ca în poze și inițial am avut rețineri ca nu e ce trebuie. Dar ceea ce am găsit în interior a compensat din plin.

• Hristina (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung! - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, genau wie auf den Fotos, und mit ÖPNV gut erreichbar. Die Lage ist zentral, aber ruhig. Die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Teppiche könnten etwas sauberer sein.
• Daniela (9/5): - It was a very pleasant place to stay, spacious, nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable (one needs to be careful not to hit their head on the ceiling). The windows don't open and the only place where fresh air can come from is the bathroom window so that is a bit unpleasant. Additionally there were some other guests or neighbours who were very noisy during my second night at the place however i don't think that's something the host can control.

The main bed was upstairs and no AC, super hot in the night. Hard to sleep, we open the window whole night but mosquito flying inside.

• Vitalii (8/5): - Апартаменты чистые, все есть для приготовления пищи. Тихий район. Есть кофемашина, стиральная машина. Маленькая кровать на втором ярусе и очень низкий потолок,доставлял дискомфорт. Душ открытый, вода льётся по всей ванной комнате и на унитаз.

Светло, обзаведено с вкус, в кухнята има всичко необходимо, леглото за мен беше перфектно, мисля, че е малко тясно за двама. Любезен домакин Диди - винаги отговаряше на обажданията ми и беше много отзивчива. Апартаментът е на трети етаж без асансьор - за мен беше ок.
• THEODOROS (9/5): καλή επιλογή για ένα-δύο βράδια - ήσυχη περιοχή κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό, δυσκολευτήκαμε λίγο να το βρούμε, το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον μοιάζει λίγο εγκατελλημένο αλλά μπορείς να παρκάρεις εντός. Το δωμάτιο είναι στη σοφίτα του σπιτιού, για να ανέβεις υπάρχει μια σκάλα που φτιάχτηκε από μεθυσμένο μάστορα, το κρεβάτι βρίσκεται πάνω από την κουζίνα που είναι καινούργια και μεγάλη καλά εξοπλισμένη, σε μια ξύλινη κατασκευή και δεν είναι άνετο για δύο ενήλικες-υπάρχει κάτω και ο καναπές κρεβάτι, αν σηκωθείς χτυπάς το κεφάλι στο ταβάνι. Είναι καθαρό, το μπάνιο θέλει προσοχή αν κάνετε ντούς τα νερά πάνε παντού
