Hsueh (8/5): Good location and comfortable - The apartment is in a great location with convenient transportation options. Buses and the metro make it easy to reach various attractions. There are many restaurants nearby, and a supermarket is available for those who prefer to cook at the apartment. We truly appreciate the assistance from the apartment manager, Marta, who helped us with early check-in and airport transfer services.
M (7/5): Fantastic apartment but the smell.. - The apartment itself was very spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. I liked that it had a washing machine and iron and beds were comfy. As soon as you enter the apartment there's a distinct and unpleasant smell which seems to be coming from the bathrooms, you don't seem to notice it after a while but whenever you leave the apartment and come back after a while the smell hits you again. I noticed another review saying the same thing before I booked and queried it with the host who unfortunately told me that there was no unpleasant smell which turned out to be false. Other than this the apartment was amazing!
Laura (8/5): Nice central apartment - The location is great, nearby Termini station and so many nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The people are easy to reach via WhatsApp and even helped arrange an airport transfer. I would book it again if I return to Rome. Some basic things can be improved: making sure kitchen has basic amenities (dishwasher tablets/oil/salt) / hanging up the smoke & carbon monoxide alarm / fix the shower water pressure. It is also worth mentioning there is a moldy smell in the apartment, especially the bathrooms.
