- Mark (10/5): Gorgeous villa in great Sanur location, we'll be back! - This is a lovely 2BR villa with a large shared pool in a great area in Sanur near the beach and lots of eateries. The rooms are spotlessly clean (thanks Ibu Ketut) and comfortable. Kitchen and dining area are quite spacious and functional. The staff are great. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade. Outdoor seating would be nice. Nothing else.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, lovely grounds and pool, spacious Villa, secluded, a nice easy walk into Sanur There was nothing I didn't like. However we did have a bit of confusion connecting with our driver for transportation from the airport. He turned out to be quite a nice gentleman despite the fact that he was not the person who was supposed to meet us. Being that we were three women traveling, it made me a bit nervous but it did work out in the long run. Also The Villa did not have what I would consider a private pool. The pool would be shared with other guests. However it was relatively private for us anyway because there was only one other lovely guest present during our stay. Overall I would say our stay was perfect in every other way.
- Inga (8/5): Very good - The 2 bedroom Villa is very comfortable and clean , the air-conditioning worked really well . The pool is clean and a nice size as it is shared with the other 4 one bedroom villas directly opposite the 2 bedroom villa. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was extremely disappointed that the advertised private pool is not private, I had only booked this villa because I was under the impression that the pool would be private.
- Room (1/5): Don't believe what they promise you - Staff is wonderful, as is the location. The listing is misleading - you do NOT get a private pool with your 2BR villa, unlike what the owner promises. Instead, the pool is shared with four additional rooms. The listing also mentions a hot tub - not there. When I tried to convince the owner to cancel the booking he flat out refused. When I filed a complained with booking.com they could not reach him throughout our stay. SCAM. They list '35 reviews on an external platform' without providing a link. SCAM. Shower useless as there is no curtain and the showerhead can only be fixed to the wall in upright position ( see photo). SCAM. The owner also asks you to provide personal information before accepting your booking - smells like potentially discriminatory practices. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this SCAM.
