• Fabien (3/5): Bon emplacement, horrible appartement - L’emplacement était idéal au centre de covent garden. Métro à 50m pouvant desservir tous les sites principaux Fenêtre du séjour cassée, impossible à fermer. Quartier très bruyant le soir, évidemment encore plus désagréable avec cette fenêtre qui ne fermait pas. Volets cassés dans le séjour et les chambres. Difficile de faire nuit complète. Douche qui ne garde pas la température, de quoi se brûler toutes les 10secondes. Très peu d’équipement dans la cuisine, pas de micro ondes, pas d’égouttoir, pas de cafetière. Chauffage impossible à régler. Soit tout est à fond soit il ne chauffe pas.

• Eva (9/5): - Die Lage ist sensationell. Mitten drin und trotzdem etwas geschützt in einer Wohnanlage. Tolle Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern einem schönen Wohnzimmer und einer kleinen Küche. Liebevoll eingerichtet.
• Steve (7/5): Good points outweigh the bad. If this apartment were offered again, we would return. - Location ideal for theatreland and Chinatown. Next door to Covent Garden tube station. Gated community behind impressively secure iron gates. Very noisy from outside traffic and overnight delivery vans. Windows would not close - no catches... Could be doing with a microwave and a dishwasher - dishes, cups and pans not particularly clean on arrival Fridge contained leftovers from previous occupant's meals. Bathroom and bedroom door handles fell off.

• Christina (9/5): Great location, secure apartment with everything you need for a few days. - Location was excellent, comfortable apartment for three. A little noisy at night with windows open as it was warm. Bathroom basin drainage needs some attention but that was the only issue.
• Melissa (8/5): Ideal location, nice apartment. Needs a little bit of money spending on it now to warrant the expensive price of staying - The location is perfect. Good size apartment with good facilities Not enough towels or toilet rolls when we arrived and had to wait a while for supplies to be dropped off (so couldn’t shower before a show the first day) broken window handle so couldn’t shut the window properly to block out traffic noise. Only one cheap fan and the weather was hot. Needed an extra one for the other bedroom.
• karin (10/5): Lovely unit in a great position - Great location. Secure setting. Large bedrooms Bathroom sink was blocked on arrival. 2 dining chairs are missing screws and were too unsafe to use. Bedroom window in 2nd room would not close.

• Jeff (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect, just outside the door we were in the middle of the action. Close to 2 tube stations.
• Chantelle (6/5): Undermaintained, probably over priced in my opinion. - Good location. Close to train station, great for catching a west end show. Fits family of 4 well. Whilst it photographs well the fit out is DIY/cheap and the unit seems under maintained. Furniture is cheap, rug moves around everywhere, no air conditioning, only 1 pedestal fan, it was unpleasantly hot. Bit of street noise, especially at night. No PowerPoint accessible next to bed to charge phone. There is no PowerPoint near a mirror for hairdryer, bathroom fan is caked in dust, all drains poorly drain so you shower in a couple of inches of water. No dishwasher and no tea towel. Mould in washing machine. No access code for rubbish chute door.

• Ecem (8/5): Very good - bed linens and towels were clean location is very good bedrooms are decent size and good storage space good size tv heating is superb. London was very cold but the flat was very warm, and you can adjust the temprature the cutlery, kitchenware etc we had to wash before using bathroom has a tub but sink was very small. especially for women putting on make up etc, there is limited space in the bathroom It would be good to have a full size mirror in the flat
• Panayiotis (5/5): Passable - Excellent Location Very small size and quality of second bed and mattress. Not suitable for two adults. No use of water proof protective covers on any of the pillows and the mattresses. Probably previous guest saliva still on the pillows and mattresses. No liquid hand soap and kitchen soap, had to buy from supermarket. The water in the bathroom tab was not going down while showered. Bathroom facilities need renovation. No availability of a thicker or a second quilt if you are cold at night.
• Achilleos (3/5): We had many issues unfortunately with a very very very loud boiler that was located in one of the bedroom’s cupboards. B - The location was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was not clean. There was black mould around the windows that also made the space smelly. Dishes and cutlery needed to be washed again by us as they had stains and dust on them. Too noisy from the street, and shutters allow a lot of light to go in.

• Mohammed (8/5): Great family friendly place to stay in London! Very secure with a gated entry. - Loved the location! Proximity to shops, restaurants and underground was great. We came during a rare warm spell in London. It would have been nice to have fans in each of the bedrooms. Without fans, we had to leave the windows open and it was very noisy.

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect location. Very relaxing. - The apartment is a very chic. It definitely fits the bill for a fancy city apartments. The beds were very comfortable and I liked that they had a washing machine and a dry rack. The location could not have been better. My one complaint was that the shower only has a small piece of glass so when you use the handheld shower attachment, I felt sometimes that the water was hard to keep in the shower and not on the floor.
• Joan (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Comfortable apartment. Host is responsive and accommodating. Can be some street noise pretty late into the night. A handle bar to safely exit the shower would be helpful.
• Raymond (10/5): I would return to the apartment and would also recommend it. - The location was great - conveniently located to the tube station. The apartment could do with USB outlets, a few hooks in the bathroom where guests can hang their clothes, and a handle in the bathtub to help you get out of the bathtub safely.

• Nichole (9/5): Fantastic apartment in an awesome location - Great apartment smack bang in the middle of Covent Garden. Was perfect for our long weekend. Nothing major - the apartment was great for what we needed. Only slight negative was the windows didn’t keep out much of the noise from the street so we were woken a few times through the night. But the location was excellent so it’s swings and roundabouts
• Hye-ran (9/5): Overall, we loved to stay this property. The livelihood of neiborhood, convenience of eating, shopping, and transportati - The location can not be more perfect than this. It is 3 min walk from Covent Garden tube. There were 3 exits from this property. One exit is only 2 min walk from the Seven dials market. The other exit is 2 min from Tesco supermarket. Two bed rooms are good size. Shower has good pressure with hot water any time. Kitchen has most of necessary tools and seasonings. I wish we have better control of heater and a bigger refrigerator. It was pretty chilly at night. The current blinders give false impression on this wonderful place.
• Aline (9/5): Excellent place, highly recommended! - It is a great place with the best location, close to the Covent Garden underground station and many restaurants! The host is excellent and very understanding of special requests. The place looked exactly as in the pictures, with the same conditions, and very clean and organized, my family felt comfortable and at home. I very much recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the Covent Garden and easy to move around London. Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer available; 3 women were staying for 4 days and we all had to wash our hair at night and try our best to dry it with the towel only... not great. Also, the living room window was not closing fully, making the place quite noisy with cars and music from outside. All small things that are easy to be resolved by the host.
• Avi (8/5): Amazing location and great comfy beds and couch. - The location is fantastic, right opposite covent garden station. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. There was no iron and no hair dryer, which are quite essential especially as we had 3 ladies staying for 5 days over the weekend. There was also only one small bin in the bathroom. Would be good to have another bin in the kitchen or elsewhere for larger items. It would also be good if they provided more than one key as one is hard to share between 3 people if we all are doing different things.
• Michelle (9/5): Comfortable, ideal location and hosts very helpful - Lovely and clean and fresh and a good size. In the heart of Covent Garden and central to everything that we needed to do and see. The only thing which was slightly off was the shower, hardly any pressure but that’s being picky!
