Elsner (5/5): - . Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen und ein kleiner Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Schlüssel lief es sehr unkompliziert. Treppenhaus ist auch sehr gepflegt ebenso auch die Wohnung. Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen genauso wie die wirklich unmoderne altbackene Küche ohne Backofen. Pizza machen war mir so leider nicht möglich. Das Appartmwnt verfügt über einen schönen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine gemütliche Couch angrenzend befindet sich das offene Schlafzimmer mit einem hübschen Doppelbett. Bettwäsche wie auch Handtücher muss man selber mitbringen, womit ich zu einem Punkt komme der mir schleierhaft ist, die Endreinigung kostet über 70 Euro. Ich frage mich wie lange man 25qm putzen will für das Geld, wo man Handtücher und Bettzeug samt Bettwäsche und Laken selber mitbringt, ebenso den Müll runterbringt und alles besenrein hinterlassen soll. Dafür rechtfertigt sich keine Endreinigung von .... Euro bei einem Aufenthalt von 36h. Außerdem gab es im Vorfeld Unstimmigkeiten mit der Wohnungsverwaltung wo man mich versucht hat für dumm zu verkaufen.
