• Sylwia (6/5): - Kontakt z właścicielami był w porządku. Duży plus za dobrą lokalizację, blisko metra i 15 min od stacji kolejowej, którą podróżowaliśmy z i na lotnisko. Wygodne łóżka Najbardziej kłopotliwi byli sąsiedzi którzy nad ranem hałasowali. Słychać kolej metra. Najbardziej jednak przeszkadzał nam brzydki zapach z lodówki którego nie dało się zniwelować nawet wyłożona kawą. Na 3 dobowy pobyt dla 4 osób jedna rolka papieru toaletowego. Niestety cena bardzo wysoka co do wyposażenia i jakości apartamentu.
• Michael (10/5): Todo perfecto - Perfecto piso para desconectar sin salir de Barcelona. La ubicación acierto total, tienes todo lo que necesitas, mercados, cafeterías, supermercados y el mar. El apartamento tiene una cocina bien equipada, habitaciones limpias, El dueño muy amable, que nos permitió dejar las maletas mucho antes del horario de check in. Por la noche es bastante tranquilo. Bien comunicado. Gracias!
• Nicolas Esteban (10/5): Lindo apartamento, muy limpio y ordenado - Lindo apartamento, muy limpio y ordenado, El barrio es genial, a la vuelta hay una cafetería donde tuestan el café espectacular, esa lleno de parquecitos y muy cerca del metro, lo cual hace fácil ir al centro. Hemos llegado tarde, pero el Self Check sin problemas. Buen lugar en Barcelona y fuera del caos del centro.
• Roberto (10/5): Great alive neighbourhood close the beach - Nos encanta el barrio Poble Nou en Barcelona, y este apartamento está en medio de Poble Nou, con bacitos locales, con mucha vida, ubicación ideal, cerca del metro Poble Nou, a pocos minutos caminando de la playa y con fácil acceso al centro o servicios. El loft es amplio, muy limpio y decorado con estilo moderno, con toda la comodidad que se necesita para una visita relajada. Buena terraza privada perfecta cuando hay buen clima. La cama y las sábanas eran cómodas, la cocina bien equipada y el espacio en general bien distribuido y tranquilo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara, y el check-in sencillo, automático. Definitivamente recomendaría este alojamiento para una estancia en Barcelona, especialmente si quieres estar cerca de la playa y en una zona agradable.

Linge de lit et de toilette de bonne qualité et en nombre suffisant. La lumière du jour ne rentre pas : appartement très sombre, aucune envie de rester à l'intérieur pour se reposer. Appartement humide et froid . Petit radiateur soufflant bruyant de même que la clim réversible. Odeur d'humidité car pas d'aération hormis les fenêtres. Escalier vers mezzanine peu pratique. Climatisation très bruyante: pas possible de rester sur terrasse intérieure.

• anke_scheinert@yahoo.de (9/5): - Das Appartement ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Strand, Geschäfte und die Rambla Poblenou mit Restaurants drumherum sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und schnell zur Stelle, wenn man ihn brauchen sollte. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

• Ecenur (5/5): Leider würden wir hier nicht erneut buchen. - Die Kommunikation war richtig gut. Auch die Organisation mit dem Schlüssel und allem hat perfekt gepasst. Die Lage war richtig gut man war schnell an der metrostation oder auch an Bus Stationen. An sich war das Apartment auch groß und das war auch gut Die Unterkunft hat über unseren ganzen Aufenthalt über leider gestunken. Es kam überhaupt kein Tageslicht rein. Das Licht von der Mikrowelle war so hell, dass man in der Nacht nicht schlafen konnte. Leider waren die Kissen sehr hart. Die Unterkunft war am ersten Tag sehr sauber und aufgeräumt jedoch haben wir eine Kakerlake in unserem Badezimmer gehabt.

• Miroslaw Trzebuniak (7/5): - Lokalizacja Niebezpieczne schody. Duży hałas na górze, piętrze wyżej, były jakieś tam imprezy. Zgłosiłem to właścicielowi i pomogło ale nie zmienia to faktu że jedną całą noc i drugą do 2 , 00. Nad ranem były nie przespane.

• Joy (10/5): A perfect stay! Clean, quiet and ideally located near the beach, metro and great restaurants! - My stay was absolutely wonderful! The location of the apartment is perfect, just a short walk to the metro, which takes you straight to the city center, and also very close to the beach, which I really enjoyed! The apartment itself was spotless, with high-quality towels and sheets, and it was very quiet, which made it easy to relax. The owners even left a booklet full of great tips for bars and restaurants. I especially loved the Rambla del Poblenou, a long street full of lively bars and restaurants only five minutes away. I had such a great stay and will definitely be coming back!

• Jan-Willem (7/5): Prima voor paar nachten als je aan die kant van de stad wilt zijn. - Prima voor een paar nachten, goed bed! Geen licht, was voor ons te donker. Is wel in Poblenou, maar echt aan de buitenkant, relatief ver van de gezelligheid.

• Rok (8/5): Very good - It has a great location just northeast of the city center, with chill and quiet neighbourhood, metro 5 minutes away and tram/bus closeby. With two bedrooms for this price it is great value. The apartment was nice and clean with modern design, including small but okay kitchen. The matresses are very comfortable, and the bathroom is nice in general. The bottom bedroom was pretty cold, and the seperate heater did not work, but the owners provided us with a new one as soon as possible. Matresses in both bedrooms are a bit small, which we had some issues with as 2 people sleeping in it (didnt measure but around 140x180 in my opinion). The pillows were also a bit hard and high, which didnt suit us, but of course personal preference. The last thing is the water drains are slightly clogged, which resulted in sinks filling slowly, if too much water was drained.
