• Karen (6/5): It was average - I had to email on the day of check in to ask how to collect the keys. I had indicated that I would like early check in and it was denied but there was no suggestion or offer luggage storage even though the venue (separate to the apartment) offered storage) I was of the understanding that gym access was included, however access to the floor the gym was on had “denied access” and when I emailed to query I was told “we’ll get back to you” but heard nothing more.
• Rebecca (8/5): Great location & parking - Location is excellent. Free parking was excellent. When I booked it was because it said there were two beds in each room. There was only a double bed in each room. This was a pretty big issue for the size of our group so we had to make some other arrangements to accommodate everyone. The tables and other surfaces had not been cleaned- we wiped everything down. I was very happy with most other aspects of the apartment though.
• Alissar (6/5): Great location and good food and coffee - The location is great. Close to shops, food and public transport The apartment was extremely dusty and it looked like the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. The beds are quite small, double beds, hard to share for 2 larger people. The spa facilities were not working during our stay.
• Sally (9/5): We loved our stay in this unit & hope to stay again when we visit our son in Melbourne. - The unit was very comfortable & very well set up. The kitchen was the best supplied of any I have stayed at. We used & enjoyed the gym, pool & sauna & found them great. The location was right in the middle of the city & within walking distance to our son's student accommodation, great restaurants, cafes & shopping. I was able to work in one of the bedrooms while my husband relaxed in the living area, watched tv, etc without disturbing each other. The view was fantastic - we watched hot air balloons fly through sunrise over the city on Saturday morning. The free parking was a huge bonus for us. The only downside was that the apartment was quite warm, particularly on days over 25C, the glass lets in lots of sun & the air conditioning unit wasn't able to bring the temperature down enough, particularly in the bedrooms.
• Jodie (1/5): Aweful. Would not recommend - Location Lobby smelt. Only 1 key, can’t get back up without someone else coming down 30 floors to fetch them. Cant go out separately or else you can’t get back in. No keys for us on arrival, waited 45mins for keys to be delivered after 8 hours of travel. Low water pressure. Bathroom flooded. Drain was full of hair No bedsheets left for the sofa bed Beds were ROCK SOLID Gym was FAKE!
• Robert (5/5): The property is ideally located but attention to detail leaves much to be desired. - View was outstanding. Location was good. Property security was fine. No bin liners, no tea towels, pillows without covers and stained. Spare pillows and cushions with broken zips and torn covers. Only spare doona was in fold out bed stained and without cover. No bathmat for ensuite. No extra towels. Old towels and plastic bag of 'stuff' in tv cabinet (not a good look). Clarity of check-in poor. Had to telephone on arrival to access details for lockbox and property access. Some basic tourist information (a folder with a few pamphlets) would be very helpful. Carpets in bedroom had stains that were not mentioned.

• Peter (8/5): - The location was very good . So convenient for trams and trains The apartment was really nice. There was a problem collecting the key as the previous clients had not left it at the correct place They had left it with the concierge for the building. The concierge kept changing and often there was nobody at the desk. They do not want to know anything about the apartment. Eventually we got the cleaner's key but this did not give us access to the swimming pool on level 7.

• Tracy (2/5): Don’t stay here there are better places to stay in Melbourne - Location was the best part of this apartment They gave us the wrong lock box number first up and we waited on the street for 45 mins before they gave us the right one The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly and the cleaner had left all her cleaning gear in the apartment. There was no tea towels for the kitchen. The pillow on the bed didn’t have a pillow case and the protector on it was ripped. The was no bath mat towel to go over the exisiting permanent bath mat which we then had to wash as that wasn’t clean. The carpets are very stained and the walls are all marked. The wifi is terrible and useless if you wanted to work for the apartment The wardrobe in the second bedroom is full of heaters and fans and 2 Hoovers so you could put your clothes in there. I asked for this to be removed but had no response from the agent

• Eleni (4/5): Not the best stay... - Location was great. The apartment was unclean. The bedding was dirty, we had to buy sheets to put on the beds. There were no towels laid out and when we looked for some, we found old, stained and shredded towels so we had to buy towels too. Both showers were clogged and we luckily noticed early before there was any flooding. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, as well as the couch which I understand is also a fold out bed. It was hard to get comfortable in the apartment. The parking is also very tight so consider that when organising car rental.
• Zandria (10/5): Views views views I loved waking up with a view - I went with my kids and we loved the view we had everything we needed One of the showers were flooding the whole the small shower and I had to use multiple towels just to dry up for more washing to do
• Adriana (3/5): Nauseated with the dirt everywhere - The building was difficult to locate and specific instructions of what level the apartment was on were not provided clearly. The apartment was so filthy I would be hours here detailing it all.

• Andrea (4/5): It was not worth it - The location is pretty good, but it definitely doesn't make everything else go away. Because of all that, I wouldn't recommend this apartment The apartment was definitely not fit for 6 people, as it was sold. There's only 4 chairs in the dining table and 4 set of dishes (glasses, cutlery) and when the sofa bed set in the living room - for the 5th and 6th people to stay - there's no living space left, not even to use the dining table. Probably for one night it would be alright, but for 4 nights it was pretty uncomfortable. Although this was the worst problem in the apartment, there were others that were also quite annoying. There's no fan in the bathrooms and, because the apartment windows don't open, the bathrooms gets pretty hot and humid. The bathroom shower drain and kitchen sink drain were clogged. The internet works pretty badly. Just one set of keys is provided and you need a key to enter the building and access the elevators plus another one to enter the apartment. We had to asked for an extra set, but the hosts should have imagined before hand that 6 people doing everything at the same time for 4 days its just impossible. No bath mat or hand towel were provided - also need to ask for those - and the bath towels provided were awful: old, stained, small. Even though the host is nice and tried to help when and with what he could, it takes him hours to reply and it is VERY uncomfortable having to keep sending messages all the time during your stay asking for things that where supposed to be there in the first place.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - The apartment was in a fantastic location with excellent free parking and good views of the city. Super full length windows to admire the view through. No a/c in the bedrooms, but the fans did help. Not enough towels - no tea towel to dry up/no bath mats and very thin bath towels. The towels smelt quite ‘musty’ - maybe due to being in the washing machine too long before drying? We were however told to expect the washing machine/dryer to be full. No bin liners.
