• Hill (7/5): - Excellent location, close to public transport, shops, eateries and the clinic we needed to access. It was spartan in that there were cooking utensils, very little pantry basics or extra quilts/towels.

Next day and for the next 5 days asked for both call our fees to be refunded which neither have 11 days later and are refusing to give one nights accommodation back. when i got into the apartment the window was left open which made all the bedding wet so i put it in the dryer and they took it out of my deposit.

However, for this room I booked in Melbourne, you didn't mention needing a deposit beforehand. After taking payment for the room, you sent me a message asking for a deposit, which I paid and stayed for two days. I kept urging you to refund my deposit, but it wasn't until two weeks later that you replied that the balcony cushions were missing and deducted 60 AUD from my payment， Honestly, would I really want your shabby balcony cushion? Two weeks have passed without any regard for propriety, and I've been following up on getting my deposit refunded, but you just deducted 60 AUD without any consideration. Look, if I hadn't booked my flights from January to March through you, they wouldn't be refundable. I would have immediately cancelled all my flights and hotels and never used your company again. It's absolutely unreasonable of you.
• ROBERT (9/5): Excellent, centrally located Richmond apartment. - The location of the apartment is conveniently located close to the CBD, MCG, the Botanic Gardens etc. Despite being on a busy main road the apartment was remarkably quiet. The apartment was also well appointed with contemporary furnishings and beds and sofa were very comfortable. Key return was problematic. I spent an hour trying to return keys to the nest box and, eventually, was told to return to the apartment to leave to keys inside and to leave the apartment unlocked. A very frustrating experience and a waste of time (that I really didn’t have to spare on my departure day). A second set of keys should have been provided with a two bedroom apartment especially as key tags were needed to access the building and the floor.

• Rachel (10/5): Great location, comfy, modern, clean. Loved it. - Great location. Loved the layout. Super comfy beds. Great view. Good security. The key drop box had several broken latches. About 12 of them hung open so when we entered our return code we didn’t see one fall open, assuming it was already open due to being broken. Then had to call the number and have a 15 minute conversation to try and reset it.
• ROBERT (9/5): Modern, bright apartment conveniently located on Richmond’s Bridge Road - The location on Bridge Road was convenient to many of Melbourne’s attractions: MCC, Yarra Park, Yarra River, Botanic Gardens, South Bank etc. The property was a modern design and layout. It was compact but was bright and cheerful. The entry was secure and lift access to the 7th floor was also secure. The balcony had picturesque views over the city. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment and would happily stay again. The bed in the main bedroom is too large for the room so bedroom door clashes with bed; a bit of a minor irritation but of no real consequence. The cleaning could have been better in places (eg range hood, tile grout, etc)

• John (6/5): Great apartment , average customer service , highly inconvenient access to the building - Lovely apartment , great view and location Having a key collection point of 1.8 km from the property (not advertised ) is unacceptable, also having only one set of keys for a two bedroom apartment is also not up to standard. The fact that I was granted a second set after I stated I was looking into cancellation options says it all. This should be a standard and a guest should not have to request it.
• Neale (7/5): Good - The key pick up and drop off was crap and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable trip. I won't stay in a place that requires that again
