Für längeren Aufenthalt fehlen gepflegte Pfsnnen zum Braten. - Private Garage inclusive, Fahrradabstellraum,geräumige Wohnung, Balkon (leider mit aktiver Baustelle nebenan), Self Check in- nachts angereist-, WC extra nicht im Badezimmer, Keine Nachttischlampen (auch auf Nachfrage hin keine erhalten), Baustelle mit Gebäudeabriss mit Bagger waren nicht erwähnt - neben dem Appartement , Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im Bad etwas undicht - somit Pfütze nach dem benutzen, kein Küchenhandtuch - lediglich Froteegästetuch klein für Geschirr,

Liniste, curatenie, comfort, apartamentul era utilat cu tot ce trebuie, am primit toate instructiunile dinainte, pentru acces la proprietate, este situata perfect, de acolo ai cateva statii de autobuz care pleaca in toate directiile, cu legaturi in toata viena. Gazdele foarte receptive, apartamentul dispune de absolut toate facilitatile descrie, inclusiv masina de spalat vase! Vasul de toaleta separat de baie, ceea ce este perfect pentru rutina de dimineață-seara, etc. Aveti suficiente spatii de depozitare cu umerase si toate cele, fier de calcat, feon de par si toate cele. Este intr-o zona foarte linistita!Am fost foarte multumiti, pe viitor vom reveni cu siguranta!

• Larysa (10/5): - Апартаменти знаходяться близько до метро та трамваю. До центру їхати близько 30 хв. Було чисто та комфортно. Тихий район , поряд супермаркет , піцерія . Рекомендую.
• Małgorzata (10/5): Polecam - Jakość mieszkania bardzo wysoka. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, natomiast w mieszkaniu znajdowało sie wszystko co moglo być potrzebne. Polecam każdemu kto sie wybiera do Wiednia. Jesli chodzi o meldowanie się i parking wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo.
• Christophe (8/5): - La propreté, les équipements et le calme Les commerces un peu éloignés, la tv présente mais qui ne capte pas les chaînes, la dépendance des transports pour se rendre au centre ville ou pour les visites, le ménage n était pas fait lors de notre arrivée ( la femme de ménage était en train de le faire) et nous avons dû patienter 1/2 heure dans le couloir.
• Sahne99 (9/5): - Sehr sauberes Apartment. Die Lage ist super. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der im Preis inbegriffen war, ebenfalls sehr nützlich! Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, was aber kein großes Problem darstellte, da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

• Yevhenii (8/5): Все було добре ,тільки новорічний настрій зіпсований через телевізор і номер був трохи не до прибраний!В цілому все добр - Все було добре,так і місцезнаходження і номер-супер і гараж! У нас на новорічну ніч -не працював телевізор,тобто він працював но не було сигналу антени!Всі канали були закодовані і антенний провід був в гнізді -для супутникових каналів -но не один із каналів не працював,так як телевізор старий і наші діти залишились без мультфільмів!Також номер був частково не прибраний….
• Zorana (9/5): - Apartman je udoban, komforan, čist i solidno opremljen. Grejanje je odlično. Garaža nam je bila od velike koristi. Lokacija. Apartman je u stambenom naselju. Najblizi super market oko kilometar udaljen.

• Vesna (10/5): Sve pohvale i preporučam - Objekt je jako uredan i čist, komunikacija s vlasnikom je bila dobra, dao je jasne upute kako doći i boraviti u apartmanu, samostalni ulazak vrlo jednostavan, velika je prednost garaža i besplatno parkirno mjesto. Javni prijevoz je vrlo blizu i lako dostupan. Tako da imam samo pohvale za smještaj i lokaciju. Sve je dobro, iako mala preporuka da bi dobro došlo imati malo kave ili čaja i šećera za popiti ujutro.

• Crncec (9/5): Priporočam vsem, ki si želijo ogledov na Dunaju. - Vse je bilo ok, nobenih komplikacij. Najbolj nam je bilo všeč, da smo imeli podzemno garažo v ceni. Nimam pripomb.
• Ogrodnik (10/5): Bardzo wysoki standard! - Mieszkanie jest po prostu piękne. Nie spodziewałem się takiego standardu. Wygodne łóżka, przepiękna łazienka. Garaż podziemny no i co było dla nas ważne pod koniec listopada - bardzo dobre ogrzewanie.

• Balázs (8/5): Good value for money accomodation in a modern apartment house - The house is modern, insulation (sound and themrmal) is good. The garage was an important option for us, it was easily accessible. The kitchen equipment was OK - we highly valued the dishwasher machine, the ironing facilities. Generally a good value for money accomodation. There were only ceiling lamps in the apartment, which is a bit too much light for the evening reading. Generally there are far better equipped kitchens as well. I do not know if there is a WiFi, since we used our mobiles. The TV set was disfunctional, as it was not attached to the antenna socket. (the cable did not fit to the TV set)

• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - Localisation easly reach by the metro from the city center. Owner respons for every request and even by itself give us tips how to get to city center. All was prepared the beds etc... In toilet there was water to wash hands but no place for towel to dry the hands. In the kitchen there could be more equipment there was 2 pots-very big and very small cooking pots and very small number of glasses. We were in 4 and only 4cups which we need to wash manualny and lost water instead of using dishwasher. Nearly all staff in kitchen adjusted for 4 People and if you cook diner you have to do the logistic manimulation with the dishes

• Larysa (10/5): Exceptional - Clean apartments with everything you need for temporary residence. Convenient location, tram nearby. I chose these apartments because they have parking. You can't leave your car in the parking lot near the house. You have to drive into the parking lot. I left my car for 20 minutes and as a result I was fined 32 euros
• Md (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean. Near to the city. The parking is allocated. The weather was hot. I was expecting host to provide fans. Overall we had a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive. No microwave, No kitchen tissue.

• Ivana (10/5): Cozy apartmant with great location and a garage - We spent a wonderful week at the apartment, with easy access to all the main sights in Vienna due to excellent public transport connections to the centre. Communication and check-in were great, the bed was extra-comfortable, it was very warm and quiet in the apartment, the building is new, has an elevator and, most importantly, a garage with a reserved parking spot :) Even though the apartment does not many additional amenities, we found it really cosy, well-placed (2 bus stations, Billa, Bipa, a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby) and would highly recommend it!

• Alexandru (9/5): Very good - The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The location is good, you can get to the centre by bus and then by metro or by walking 7-8 minutes to a tram that runs nearby. The building is newly built and everything in the apartment is new and clean. The apartment is big enough to accommodate three - four people, however four could be a little crowded. Easy contactless check in and check out. The building has an elevator, and the parking space is spacious, which is a big bonus. There is a pastry shop across the street, and a Billa store very close. There are also some cafes and restaurant nearby, but we didn’t try them. This apartment is highly recommended, especially if you come by car and don’t mind using the public transportation, which, by the way, runs very good in Vienna. It would be useful to have a coffee machine - for example Nespresso type, with capsules. I only saw a coffee filter, which we don’t really use anymore and for short stays it is not too practical to buy coffee for the filter. However, we did not ask for another coffee machine, although the owner was very nice and told us we can ask for anything we needed, and bought coffee from the pastry shop across the street. Drapes on the windows would also be nice, as they face the inner courtyard, and the neighbours can see inside the apartment. The apartment has curtains, but they block the natural light. Lamps should be placed next to the bed. Several ceiling lights were poorly fixed. The kitchen is not very well equipped, but that was not a problem for us. However, the minuses were minor, and did not negatively affect our stay in this apartment, where we would gladly return.

• Tomáš (10/5): Well recomended! - Garage parking place! Public bus 50m, 3 bus station away from underground and citytrain. Great position to get to city center, Prater, Schönbrunn castle. 👍 Billa shop 3minutes, pizza, restaurant, caffe all right across the street!

• Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable, spacy and clean. The garage is avaliable, which is very convenient. When you leave a car in garage, you can travel by subway. The subway station is about 10/15min walk - distance. In the kitchen is only one big pot for cooking. There isn't anything for sweeping the floor.

• Kiran (10/5): Great place to stay with family in Vienna. - Very clean, new apartment. All amenities provided were new and very good. Good parking space. Food available across the street. Highly recommend this location and home. Very quite neighborhood. TV was not a smart TV and for some reason had no reception. It can easily be fixed by owner, but we did not care much. Good to provide YouTube and other options this day and age.
