- Melanie (8/5): The outlook is next to none. The pool was great. Noosa is beautiful - Outstanding views and location . The plunge pool that was part of the penthouse was excellent . Loads of space for our family of 4 , including 2 teenagers. Easily accessible to Noosa - Hasting street or to Noosa Junction . The apartment is a bit tired, the appliances are old and could be updated, the pool required cleaning on our second day again not a massive deal breaker but could be better especially for the price, the real estate was very responsive to sending a cleaner. On the second day we were there the real estate requested if we could lend the second space of the car park to another guest again it was fine but didn’t really give a “luxury” feel . There were lots of messages of rules from the real estate which were a bit disruptive before the holiday on the day of arrival and the night before departure- it was again a bit over the top as well as the message of can you lend the car park out.

Was unable to use rooftop pool and bbq facilities as sun shade was not replaced due to earlier storm damage, hence, an area which would have been well utilised for our group was unbearably hot.
- Carolyn (8/5): Fabulous holiday spot for a large family group, could do with a bit of TLC. - Fabulous views from the apartment, the balcony was a beautiful spot to watch the sunsets.
Key pick-up was easy, the hosts of the complex were friendly & hospitable.
Great access to the waterfront via a private path down the hill. Unstable Wifi to the top bedroom. The property lacked kitchen basics, there were about 6 bottles of soy sauce in the pantry but nothing such as olive oil, ground salt & pepper, paper towels etc.
Lightbulb by the BBQ was blown & despite letting the cleaners know, didn't get replaced.
There were appliances like a nutri-bullet in the top cupboard which we thought was great, but they were broken when we went to use them.
Overall a lovely spot, just needs a bit of attention to detail to be considered a luxury stay.

- Louise (10/5): Had a great time and would stay here again. - Great location with walking distance to Hastings street. Breath taking views, we were lucky to whale watch each morning so bring binoculars for a better experience. 4 bedrooms with the spacious one upstairs very soundproof with glass sliding doors so not disturbed by others going up to the pool. We had baby in this room so no disturbances both ways to the rest of the household.
3 bathrooms, 1 upstairs ,1 downstairs and ensuite to master downstairs. Master also enjoys the spectacular views. Aircon and fans to all bedrooms and main living area. Kitchen with any accessories needed.
Fantastic services by zinc properties who are readily available to answer any enquires and we were able to get early check in and late checkout. Not much to complain about but be prepared for property being on a hill and a few stairs to main entry.

Plus tennis court. Kitchen is well appointed plus bbq. Car parks straight under neath property was handy. Fans and AC in all the rooms was great. Having 3 different large dining tables to enjoy meals was excellent. It is a little bit tired and not spotless clean. Grime around the tiles. Outside tables could do with a good clean. Tiles around pool and stairs get very slippery when wet. Kitchen extractor fan filters needs a good clean too.

The lights in the pool and the aspect from the void inside the unit into the pool is beautiful. The most amazing and far-reaching views. The decor was lovely. All the kitchen extras (kitchenware, pantry items, and extra cleaning supplies) were greatly appreciated. We love the walk to/from Hasting St along the private pathway. It is nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The incidental exercise to come and go is useful for times like ours when we were eating too much! Champagne on arrival from Zinc properties and the owners was a lovely touch {THANK YOU!}. Zinc Properties were excellent to deal with. The fridge wasn't working in the upstairs area beside the BBQ. It would have been very useful to have this for access to the entertaining area. The pool wasn't overly clean, a vacuum for sand and bugs was needed. We were there during heavy rain, and some blocked downpipes had water coming through the downstairs balcony lights onto the outdoor table.
