• hailton (7/5): Fora o que ocorreu com a questão hidráulica, na realidade a estadia foi boa. - O imóvel tem boas acomodações, é confortável, boa localização deu a atenção necessária diante dos problemas que surgiram durante a estadia. O sistema hidráulico, no nosso entendimento, precisa ser melhor dimensionado, pois, apesar de sermos informados, logo no inicio da estadia pelo Sr. Marcus, de que deveríamos observar a saída da água pelo ladrão para desligar a bomba, ocorreu um vazamento de água na caixa, ocasionado por um descuido de um dos ocupantes ao sair do imóvel sem desligar a bomba, (fato que pode ocorrer com qq um) ato contínuo, na volta do grupo, a bomba foi desligada. Sugerimos que se faz necessário o aumento da vazão. Participamos o ocorrido ao Sr. Marcus, que fez algumas ponderações e apresentou algumas alternativas, diante dos nossos questionamentos. Os danos, que não foram de grande monta, serão solucionados através de um acordo, com aceite, das partes.
• Marta Andrea Coutinho Felix (10/5): Tudo é válido,até dias sem sol. - Uma semana super agradável ,em um lugar sensacional, senhor Marcus uma pessoa super especial em tratamento com seus hóspedes. Super indico essa casa 🏠. Não gostei que só chuveu na semana das minhas férias.

• Lissette (7/5): - The space was nicely arranged for a weekend getaway, with most of the stuff you’d need to cook, and relax -there’re hammocks that could be hang outside for an afternoon nap! The house is also a short walk to the main street where supermarkets and other businesses are located. This makes it easy to get any supplies. The location, 25 minutes to the ocean and 20 minutes to the lagoon (Praia Seca) is not ideal. Some of the things in the house didn’t work well, and they’d have benefitted from having a set of instructions. Water would stop coming out of the kitchen faucet ant times, and the gas tank under the sink had a bit of a leak and needed to be shut down after use. The access to TV streaming worked one night but the following times it wouldn’t load, and it’s impossible to login to our own accounts. The parking space is small, making it difficult to come in and out of the house, even when our car is small. It’d have been helpful to know some of these things ahead of time.
