• Michael (10/5): - Met at the accommodation by the owner Bruno who could not have been more helpful. Finding the place may have been difficult so really helpful that he was there. Contact throughout was excellent & always very prompt. Bruno took the the time to show us key places & ideas to make navigating the streets easier during the stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious & not lacking in anything. Location was also superb as you are right in the middle of Rome life with Spanish steps literally 2 minutes walk away. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. On main street, thought may be noise but bring the shutters in & its fine.

Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Having 2 bedrooms was nice for our family. I can’t think of anything I did not like.
• Heffernan (10/5): Location and Bruno the host AMAZING!!! - My family and I loved this beautiful accommodation in the heart of Rome! It was a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the most amazing shopping!! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from that are at your door step, and it is central to sightseeing the whole of Rome by foot. The room was clean and very secure, and Bruno was the consummate host, who gave us a wonderful map and an itinerary based on our three days, that we followed meticulously. It couldn't have been any better than having a personal guide, as we managed to see so much! He also helped with Drivers to and from airport and with places to eat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We loved it all!

Excellent value, would recommend to anyone! Several sets of stairs to get to your room but we knew that going in and Bruno was very helpful in getting all our bags up to the room.

• Sergi (10/5): Molt atents, bona gent amb ganes d'ajudar i de fer-te una estància el millor que poden. - Els anfitrions, la Sílvia i el Bruno molt atents, sempre disponible per whatsaap. Intenten en tot moment ajudar-te amb el que poden. Les habitacions són molt còmodes malgrat que una no té sortida, ni finestra. El bany bé amb una bona dutxa. Porta d'entrada amb pany de superseguretat (això li va agradar molt a la meva dona). 2 tv, una en cada habitació. Molt cèntric, al costat de la plaça Espanya i ple de serveis. Ens va proporcionar el taxi per anar a l'aeroport a 55€ que és la tarifa estàndard. El taxista, amic seu, també molt agradable. L'esmorzar de la cafeteria del costat va ser un "timo", 33€ per 3 cafes, una aigua, i 4 croissants. Al dia següent vam, menjar el doble per 23€. Aneu en compte on us poseu!! El resta tot bé.

• Melanie (10/5): Es war einfach hervorragend. Sehr empfehlenswert! - Ein absoluter Glücksgriff für unseren Aufenthalt in Rom! Das Zimmer liegt in perfekter Lage – nur wenige Schritte von der Spanische Treppe entfernt. Ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und trotzdem zwischendurch kurz „nach Hause“ zu kommen. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber den Gastgeber Bruno: unglaublich nett, aufmerksam und wirklich bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben – von Restaurants bis zu Sehenswürdigkeiten abseits der typischen Touristenpfade. Dank ihm und der großartigen Lage wurde unser Rom-Trip noch einmal besonders! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

It's wal - This was in an amazing location, next street to the Spanish steps, lots of restaurants on your door step. Little supermarket and pharmacy near. We were so happy with booking this apartment. We stayed on first floor, there is a restaurant underneath which is loud, however if you went out, like we did, it's not an issue. Some nights were louder than others. Also it doesn't go on all night.

Kambarys tvarkingas ir viskas yra jame ko reikia, tik šaldytuvėlis labai garsus😆 Šeimininkė labai rūpestinga ir maloni, visada atsakydavo į visas žinutes, rasdavo pačius geriausius sprendimus, kad tik būtų mums gerai. Nėra problemų palikti saugiai daiktus jei turite pvz vėlyvą išvykimą iš Romos ir dar norite aplankyti tam tikras vietas. Vertinant patogumus, manau labai geras kainos, vietos, kokybės santykis😉

• Jiuda (10/5): It was wonderful! - We had a wonderful stay at i Fiori de’ Mario Suites. The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and several main shopping streets. The area is full of great restaurants, cozy cafés, and lovely boutique shops, which made exploring Rome very convenient and enjoyable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We stayed on weekdays, and it was very quiet at night, so we slept really well. Silvia was incredibly warm and helpful, and she gave us lots of useful tips and information for traveling around Rome. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome! As the building is historic, it is equipped with stairs only and does not have an elevator. This may be something to keep in mind for guests with limited mobility.

Yatak ayrı bir köşeye konmuş ve diğer çift kişilik yatak ile birbirini görmeyen bir alanda. Farklı iki odada gibi. Odalar geniş dolaplar büyük masa koltuklar yeterli tv 2 adet var her yatak karşısında. En önemlisi ise İspanyol merdivenlerinin yanıbasinda, cafe - restoran - market - vs yanıbaşınızda hareketli bir sokakta mükemmel bir lokasyonda olmasıydı Alışveriş mağazalarının bulunduğu iki güzel caddenin ortasında. Yürüyerek gezmek için mükemmel. Metro durağı çok yakın. Heryere ulaşım çok kolay. Odalar temiz. Yine Bruno ve Silvia daha gelmeden sürekli iletişim ve bilgilendirmeler ve cana yakın karşılama ve misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bruno her anımızı takip etti ve silvia çok güzel karşılama ve gezi - yemek önerilerinde bulundu. Sadece asansör yok. Yaşlı ve bebekli aileler için zor olabilir.
