RISK OF GETTING FOOD POISONING - The personnel was very helpful and polite We booked a room with breakfast option and we got poisoned right after eating the breakfast in the first morning of the stay in this hotel. Ended up in the emergency room. In the picture it looks very nice. But the hotel is very very old and. When we arrived we encountered a scene a strange man that looked like a homeless, was laying next to the stairs of the hotel entrance. When we were checking in we saw him entering the hotel elevator later, we saw him again in the elevator he was acting so strange we were afraid to enter the elevator. The room very old, the sheets had stains and the pillows were yellow. The corridors look like a refugee dormitory, very creepy.

There is no trigger at the push shower in any room. There is also a Telephone in room but no number shared not even for reception. Reception could have more helpful. You need to walk a lot to go any train station or Bukit Bintang or time Square.

• Md Anisur (5/5): I did not understand why this hotel is rated as 3 star. It should be a 2 star hotel. - location was not so good. There is no good restaurant to eat around the hotel. The size of room was good. However, I found everything dirty there. No sense of art. Beds were very uncomfortable and poor. The pillows and blankets were so dirty. Breakfast were so poor. It was not really continental breakfast. It was rather chinese breakfast. Very few items were served everyday. I had an impression that the left over items for dinner were served in the morning as breakfast with some breads and local jams. No boiled eggs or banana were served. The juice were so poor in taste. Coffee was horrible. I never drink such bad coffee or tea. Bathroom amenities were so poor. I was feeling dirty to use any of them. everything were dirty. No sense of art. Bathroom was so poor, beds were very uncomfortable. The housekeeping staffs are not trained enough. Tea and coffee were so poor and local for both in the room and during the breakfast.

Photo and actual room looks totally different. Bed looks like potential for bed bugs. Furniture looks like it’s picking what others had thrown away. Curtain is dirty. Window looks like someone can climb in. Door creaks when open.

Personel jest na tyle nie miły, że nawet nie odpowiada na dzień dobry które rzucamy im mijając się w korytarzu. Pokój jest koszmarny i pełen karaluchów. Szklane drzwi od łazienki, które jednocześnie są drzwiami od kabiny chyba nie były myte od lat. Po poprzednich gościach też nie było wystarczająco posprzątane, skoro znalazłam na oknie brudne patyczki do uszu. Tu jest ewidentnie problem z czystością i brakiem szacunku do gości.
