It's few meters from the train station so maybe not the fanciest area but very convenient. The room was very clean :) There's nothing I didn't like, the place corresponds with the description so when you book it you know it's not fancy or anything. We were informed about everything (e.g. shared bathroom, shared kitchen) and it was okay.

Good kitchen facilities, and flexible check-in was possible with the very helpful, pro-active and responsive host. Would 100% recommend staying here as the location is excellent, right next to Venice Mestre station, also with easy bus access to Venice via bus 2 or 7. Also has very good food option right next to the property with an excellent pizzeria. Would stay here again in future visits to Venice. Property was excellent, I did not dislike anything.

• Francisco (10/5): the perfect accommodation if you want to visit venice on a budget, the apartment was really clean and comfortable and it - the apartment was very clean and comfortable, i usually don’t stay in shared bathroom accommodation but it didn’t feel like that at all, it seemed like if i was staying at a friend’s house, and the staff was really friendly and helpful, i felt at home in venice 🫶
