• Zana (2/5): Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations. While the property has potential, the lack of attention to essential - The property initially presents as welcoming, and Sarah was responsive when contacted. Communication was excessive and primarily centred around extra fees (early check-in, late check-out), which created a transactional and unwelcoming tone. • A 3:00 pm check-in is unusually late, and there was no flexibility without additional cost. • Basic essentials were not adequately provided — no extra sheets, blankets, or face towels. Only two large towels were supplied for a four-day stay. • We had to request items such as sheets, and there was insufficient toilet paper, requiring us to purchase our own. • The mattress was extremely poor quality — overly soft and unsupportive, causing noticeable neck and back discomfort. • The smoke alarm battery failed during the first night, waking us and requiring us to handle the issue ourselves, which is unacceptable. • The sofa had a strong unpleasant odour, making the living area uncomfortable to use.

• Michelle (3/5): Great location but needs more effort in the facility to charge over 400 for a night. - The location is great, and the Host is very welcoming. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with visible dirt and hair on the bed, which raised concerns about hygiene. Additionally, an $80 pet fee was charged. Another issue was the curtains, which were see-through.

• Craik (1/5): Terrible - so couldn’t stay. No response, no apology, no refund. - Directions were clear and it was easy to get there. That’s it. We arrived and the windows had been left open so it was wet everywhere inside. The sofa and bed, bedding and towels were wet too. When we looked for bedding for the pull out sofa bed (as we had booked for 4 people) there was none, just a damp, SINGLE bedsheet (wouldn’t even fit the pull-out bed) a furry throw and one couch cushion. Everything smelled and was damp. Tried to get in contact with both the owner and booking.com and no response. 2 of our group had no bedding to sleep with and with no response from owners we had no choice but to book somewhere else. We were really unhappy with the booking and STILL have not received any response. Shocking really. So no I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
• Hazel (3/5): you get what you pay for. won't stay again, not clean enough for me. - The location is great, and there is a laundry that you can use if you really need to. the bead sheets, i didn't think were clean. there was black marks on the pillow cases so they didn't look like they had been cleaned. we booked for 4 people and we had 2 towels between four people and there was a blanket throw and 1 pillow to share between 2 people on the pullout bed. when i contacted the owners they said there was extra linens and towels in the wardrobe, there was not.

• Drexelle (7/5): Good location, very close to restaurants and shops. - Very close location to restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood. Netflix 👍 The blankets and the couch had a funky smell. But apart from that it was a good accommodation.

• Richard (3/5): Unfortunately we would not recommend staying at PA3 Sunshine Beach - Outside court yard was appreciated. Bathroom was excellent, bed comfortable. The photographs on the website did not reflect the location of the unit. They gave an impression that the location was within easy walking distance of the beach when in fact it was not. Perhaps this was our inability of reviewing the photographs closely enough. There were no curtains on back glass door - (no privacy), floor grubby, kitchen utensils either broken or very old, air conditioner blasted dust when turned on, only one glass to drink from ( some wine glasses were provided), key code on information provided was incorrect. Outside light was broken made returning after dark very difficult.
• Lisa (9/5): A little ray of sunshine! - What a cute spot just moments from Sunshine beach and a short drive to Noosa. From the moment you step inside you are greeted with a fresh and calm space. The styling is divine. Loved the private courtyard and the fact that it was pet friendly. Excellent value for money.
