We were at the airport, when the host called us and offered us completely inferior alternatives. I would not recommend this place at all.

• Larissa (6/5): I would certainly choose not to stay at this apartment again. - They thoughtfully supplied all the cleaning materials along with towels, bedding, and toiletries. The microwave remained non-functional despite being replaced, and Netflix was also unavailable. Additionally, the beds were extremely firm, there were cockroaches and a broken cupboard that was left unrepaired. Furthermore, the space was smaller than advertised.

• Olga (8/5): a modern well functioning apartment, management skills will hopefully improve - On the positive side: - this is a modern high building with many sky scrappers around; - I enjoyed staying on the 45th floor in the apartment with the balcony; - all the appliences in the apartment worked well; - it was convenient to have a kitchenette and a washing machine in the apartment; - WiFi connection was stable; - The door had a code lock, which was convenient; - the Grab driver dropped me by the main building and I had no idea where to go with my suitcases. But after a few attempts to establish connection via WhatsApp the manager came by car and we went to the right building. And they are huge there. - there was a shopping mall and two small food shops nearby. After having stayed in quite a few properties in Hanoi and having something to compare with, here is what I found negative: - The detailed information on how to find the property was sent to me in the last moment. The previous day's evening would have been a better idea. - It helps when a manager is the first to send a welcoming message via WhatsApp or Zalo in the morning or even on the previous day. Then in case of need the guest has a working connection ( as I needed for the driver). - It was the only place of stay in my experience where the Internet connection was cut at least more than an hour before my check out time. - I saw a cockroach in the apartment and informed the manager. As a guest I must say that my only concern is not to bring cockroaches in my suitcase back home. How cockroaches find their way to the property apartment, is not a guest's concern. So, there is no need to explain to me that the cockroach possibly just came from another apartment. - I forgot the expensive prescription medicine in the pretty big box in the fridge in the apartment after I left. There came neither a message, nor a telephone call from the manager or reception of the property informing me about that, even if WhatsApp connection was free of charge for them. I had to buy a new one. The cleaning staff probably just threw everything that was left after the guest straight to the garbage. Would you like something like that happen to you?

Located on the 36th floor, the apartment offered breathtaking views of the city. The interior was modern, clean, and exceptionally comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the host's incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even assisting us with access to the swimming facilities, which was a fantastic addition to our stay. Overall, this apartment provided an exceptional experience in Hanoi. The combination of the stunning view, the well-appointed living space, and the outstanding host made our stay truly memorable. • Rangituaia (5/5): False advertising - The apartment was fine and equipped with good beds, bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, balcony. Location is 20 minutes from the Old Quarter so is a very different , high rise towers, working class vibe - business end of town. We found it interesting to experience this but preferred the old quarter as travellers. Be warned that the use of pool is not included in the cost. You’ll pay extra $200 000vnd per person per swim. There is a big mall and restaurants at bottom floor of building. Profile should inform that extra payment is required for use of pool and is not part of accommodation costs. We chose this particular accommodation specifically for the pool and were disappointed when owner asked for much much more money. We’d stayed at 2 other properties in Vietnam over last 3 weeks w pools w no extra costs so that was also our expectation here. Self check in is fine but address advertised is not direct to apartment which made the first nights arrival tricky. A bit like escape rooms.
