• Guest (7/5): - Posizione Ottima Il sostegno della doccia era rotto. Il palazzo non è un granché come pulizia e odori e si sente molto rumore provenire dalle scale e dalla camere soprastante. Al mattino presto è molto fastidioso. Le doghe del letto scricchiolano ad ogni movimento.

• Ana (6/5): Cutre, pero en el centro. - Tres platos y 2 tenedores para cinco personas. Los sofás no se abren. Las escaleras de caracol y estrechas. Sucio... Lo que es incuestionable es la buenísima ubicación.

• Ana (8/5): We stayed there for 4 days. The flat is big enough for a family of four. It is in the city center, the location is excel - The flat is in excellent location. It was enough big for my family of 4. The bed broke two times but the owner fixed it quickly. Everything else was great.

• Annick (8/5): Séjour plaisant dans un appartement fonctionnel - L’appartement est idéalement situé dans une rue très animée. Accès au 2eme étage par un escalier peu pratique. Mauvaise isolation acoustique avec l’appartement du dessus.

Ubicacion inmejorable. - La ubicacion es excelente, estas literalmente a dos pasos de todos los lugares de interes, tienes a 5 mins la gran place y de ahi a unos dos minutos de todo lo demas. Lleno de restaurantes y cervezerias. Ademas estaba super limpio. La atencion fue muy buena, nuestro vuelo llego antes que el check in y nos dejaron entrar antes sin problema para poder dejar el equipaje. Nuestro guia nos dijo que la zona en la que estabamos alojados era super segura. El portal da un poco de mal rollo y el sofa cama es un poco duro. Sin ascensor y las escaleras estrechas. Pero lo demas muy bien.

• Rojin (9/5): Our group enjoyed the one week stay and made good memories. We could walk everywhere easily from the center and got supp - Perfect location, in the center. Helpful owner of the property, Renaldo. Something was left at the apartment and he helped us get it asap. Flexible with check-in and check-out time. Adjustable temperature. Comfortable apartment with necessary facilities, including, towels, hair dryer, iron, detergent, extra sheets, washing and drying machine. The building is a bit old. The apartment is on the second floor and has two flights of stairs, not really a problem after eating a lot of chocolate, waffles, and fries.

Everything nearby: museum, Grand Place, restaurants (BTW, I'm totally recommend Nona and Frites atelier, the food is delicious and you can reach them just in a minute!) Despite the center area, it's a quiet place at night. You have to pick up the keys from another place. As I got it through the reviews, it’s a common thing and nobody got it at place. Well, we were ready for that and you should be as well. In a apartment there are a few broken things: a coffee machine, a douche holder, a creaky bed..Anyway, the apartment is still usable and good enough for a short trip.

• Hailey (10/5): It was good - Gorgeous apartment. Impeccable location. Very nice landlords. No parking anywhere near so make sure you reserve in advance one of the parking spots in a garage!!! Garage is important. Brussels is not safe for street parking.

• Syamil (8/5): Overall is almost perfect if you don’t care 2 things. - Kind host has allowed to early check in once available. Good wifi connection including Netflix. Flat is huge and clean. Completed home appliances. Comfort for 5 person and below. Near to Beurs bus stop which is less than 100m if you come from airport by bus 272 (Rogier) and bus 128 (Beurs). Location is very strategic which is located at city centre. Just walk and no need to take public transport for sightseeing around city centre. 1. You have to walk and return around 1.4 km or 20 mins to collect key which is quite far. 2. No elevator and the staircase is narrow. It’s hard to bring baggage to 2nd floor.

I wasnt noisy, and lots of good option to go out to eat, as well as super markets. Not like I didnt like but obviously it requires more work, the pick up of the key, or the check in process. You need to go a bit further to get the key in order to get into the apartment. But someone already mentioned it in the review, so I was awared. The other thing was I wrote to the owner to check if the key was the correct one, never got a replied. So would say communication is kind of lacking.

• Kauany (8/5): Great location and apartment - The location is excellent. We are near to restaurants and everything else. We were there with a 1 year old baby and it was great to have some space for her to move around. There was no fan, which was horrible, as it was an incredibly hot night. The street is quite noisy, so sleeping with the windows open was a pain. To collect the key, you need to walk around 10 minutes from the property, which is not too bad, but we had a lot of bags and a baby with us, and it was not good. The management could put a self-check-in box in front of the door.
• Tu (7/5): Good - The apartment is located in the heart of Brussels, very close the Grand Palace. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, bakery nearby. It is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. The stair is very narrow so it is difficult to go up and down with big luggage and a stroller. The owner did not show up to hand the key. I had to walk around 15 minutes to a shop with a lot of luggages and a stroller with my kid to get the key. The ground is made by old style Europian bricks so it was really difficult to walk with luggages and the stroller

• Omar (7/5): Good location, feels home, but! - Location is great, its in the middle of Brussels downtown, 1 step to anything! The view is pretty cool, the decor and furniture are relaxing and nice, felt like home. If you open both windows, the room’s and the lobby itll be a really cool breez. I thought the previous reviews exarated about the key handling, but they were right, i believe the owner never handed the keys directly. Even though i out the arrival time ahead by a week, i had to go get them and intake my family frustration. The floor is NOT clean for kids, my daughter became dirt black instantly as she touched the floor. No eleveator, thats not even the problem! The real problem is the stairs are really narrow! We suffered with luggage and baby stroller. They also feel not safe. Street is a little annoying at night, that is if you are the one who will sleep on the sofa bed.

• Angela (6/5): Great location & good size apartment but we had many noise issues when sleeping. - The location was excellent, close to great restaurants and key sights. The apartment was comfortable in size as a one bedroom & had extra beds which was great. It was a noisy location, noise from the street, from noisy neighbors wee hours in the morning upstairs and the occasional smell of cigarette smoke from people smoking in the backyard.

The flat itself is big and cozy, with all necessary stuff like washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and etc. We liked the possibility to turn on the heater! Everything was very clean and neat. The host provided us with good instructions.

• Oguzhan (2/5): Really dirty sheets and not clean apartment, walk 500m to get the keys with suitcases, good location. - The location is good, there are enough beds to stay for 4 people group. They need to change their cleaners effective immediately. The sheets were really dirty, there were small blood marks in some of the sheets, and there were women’s hair in all of them. Basically, nothing was done in terms of cleaning before our stay. It was disgusting, we spent time to clean it, used our t-shirts as sheets and pillowcases. Still it was hard to sleep.

• Alison (9/5): 3 weeks travel tour starting in Brussels, good start to our trip. - I have visited Brussels before staying at the Ibis and an apartment in the middle of Grand Palace, for me this has been the best studio apartment i've rented in Brussels. It is of good size with all expected amenities supplied, even a washing machine :) It is located in the vabriant and hip area of St Catherine with plenty of local restaurants and bars. Also nearby are various supermarkets including asian to stock up. i have no negative comments.

• Raffaele (9/5): A full flat in the Brussels center - The central position and the possibility to take the keys in the shops. It was a little problem to find the right door on the street. However it is a minor issue
• Sydnee (5/5): Passable - The location was nice in the middle of the city. The host was also kind enough to give us directions on how to check in and that made it super easy. I appreciated not having a check out list. The cleanliness wasn't the best. The streets are also extremely loud and so were the neighbors upstairs. If you have noise sensitivity, do not stay here. I think this is decent for a one night stay but I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying any longer due to the quality of the amenities. There was also a very bad smell in the stairwell that made it difficult to breathe every time we would enter and exit the apartment.

• Zandalee (8/5): Great hosts, great location, lots of space! - This property was much bigger than I was expecting! If I were there with more than just my husband it would have been so great to have all that space. While we didn't need it, it was enjoyable. The location was great for everything we wanted to visit, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the hosts were very responsive! We had an issue with the shower head and they replaced it immediately. It seems maybe other units are allowed or do smoke inside, we were also close to the patio door and I think the second hand smoke was coming into our unit. The hosts did have those auto air fresheners going to help I think, but my husband didn't like that smell much either. We didn't spend much time at the property so it was fine but if you are a non-smoker and do plan to spend a lot of time at the property then you might want to take this into consideration. You could only really smell it in the toilet room and by the front door so the rest of the apartment was fine!

Spacious, airy, comfortable apartment on a lovely street. Very convenient. Maybe window blinds in the living area.

• Jan (8/5): Nice flat to spend some time in Brussels - The flat was spacious and clean, withon walking distance from good restaurants. There was rubbish thrown in front of the main building door. The staircases to the flat smelled stale. Some light switches were covered with duck tape.
